I am not understanding..why is kdh people still reviewing SMD

I thought after so much controversies, trolling and criticism they wouldn't review sunn mere dil anymore.

the ladies have said multiple times they do not want to review because they have nothing good to say. they stopped for 2 weeks. they said got 700 comments asking them to continue their review of smd. even today they said they are being forced to review this show. nadia saying ppl in industry also asking them to continue their roast.

basically, viewers and industry ppl are taking a lot of pleasure in how much kdh is roasting/trolling/doing beizzati of smd. their smd videos also get them a lot of engagement where everyone in the cs just doubles down on bashing smd.

smd is by now a universally mocked show. it's a train wreck everybody is enjoying watch crash and burn (wahaj's career included). a few ppl like it no doubt but the vast majority do not.

I dont know where the story is going ahead but Haseeb should really learn to take the criticism about the recent episodes...the pace,the dragging,the unlikable characters getting so much screenspace has ruined viewing experience of viewers..every show has flaws but than those flaws are sometimes overlooked if you give good leads dynamics..Haseeb really failed there IMO..he should take criticism like a sport instead of fighting with fans in insta.

What bothers me is what was Wahaj thinking when he signed up for this show. I agree that on paper Bilal Abdullah is a solid character. Can understand that Wahaj thought he will nail this multilayered character. But Wahaj has been in this business for long enough. He shot the least. Didn’t he calculate how much screen time it should translate into.

If I go by the story of besties trying to show chemistry, then also it doesn’t make sense. Where is the shooting or screen space shared by the leads?

It just doesn’t make sense. He shot for this crap? He doesn’t understand what shots he has done and how the show is coming along?

@bold- he just thought that ...I dont think he thought more about screenspace...he thought more about the acting scope in the character. It turned out to be a wrong decision unfortunately.

But tbh,if he would have waited for the right script than he would have been away from TV for a long time..and that would actually affect him professionally specially when he is at the peak of his career

Kinda gate crashing but These smd threads are moving at a better pace than the show 😂 and I do agree Wahaj as BA works big time and BA as a char has turned out to be quite a layered one along with being too nice of a guy at the end which is always a bonus!!

This show is really a gone case when it comes to pace and annoying characters..and since its a geo show the pace would be too slow.

Wahaj has got so much scope to perform in this character..but its just that other characters are so annoying that it overpowers Bilal Abdullah's layers.

I understand they hate KRQ, he is a regressive man but I’m not finding this script overly regressive when you compare it with what’s out there. Obviously there are some good, women empowering shows out there but speaking of the majority, there’s always elements of misogyny.

This show definitely has problems and at the end of it a good show can overcome any obstacle, but there was hate for this from the minute it was announced. Of course there are people enjoying the trolling. Not clicking with the general audience is one thing but getting active hate from people not watching the show but watching reviews trolling the show and then having industry colleagues encouraging this. I mean at the end of the day, views over quality is what matters to them the most too. Would they get the same views if Wahaj wasn’t in it? I haven’t seen reviews from colleagues like this anywhere else. The Pakistani entertainment is so weird to me. I’ve seen people in the industry pulling Fawad down too over one bad script, when he’s brought so attention to the Pakistani entertainment industry.

Anyway just my last random thoughts but quite honestly I’m sure most people on here would like to discuss the show - good and bad, rather than Wahaj’s supposed dying career. That’s his responsibility, not mine 😂

My guess is that the storyline will unfold like this... Bilal will return from Singapore... When Zaviya brings him to the U.S., they will run into Sadaf at work... They will have a brief conversation... Bilal, unaware of the issues in their marriage, will wish Sadaf happiness... Sadaf will feel sad... Zaviya will tell Bilal about the problems in Sadaf’s marriage... When Sadaf goes to the airport to see Bilal and Zaviya off, she won’t be able to catch up with them... Amaar will find out about this... Meanwhile, Gamsha will continue to manipulate both of them... Bilal, returning from the U.S. with Zaviya, will meet Sadaf in his office... He will offer Sadaf both financial and emotional support to help resolve the issues in her marriage... When Sadaf finds out about Amaar’s relationship with Dania, Amaar will deny it... Sadaf will give him one last chance, with the condition that he never sees Dania again... But Dania will continue her threats... Hamsha will warn Amaar about Dania... She will tell him that if he keeps going to her, he will lose Sadaf... A big argument will break out between Sadaf and Amaar, during which they will accuse each other of infidelity... Amaar will raise his hand to Sadaf... After that, Sadaf will decide to leave Amaar... Bilal, upon hearing this, will feel responsible and apologize to Sadaf... He will tell her that he’s going back to Singapore... Hearing this, Hamsha will confess her love to Bilal before he leaves... But the only answer she will get is that there’s no place for anyone else in his heart except Sadaf... And the series ends... How about that?
