Great business movesmiley32 by Sony tv smiley32

Sony cannot compete in drama - as two main channels are having mastery in those illogical/immoral dramas! smiley37

As Sony has different level of audience! They should focus on their strength smiley20

I used to watch some CID, not frequently, but did watch some episodes. The first CID shows had the feel of iconic, and now lost Marathi Serial Ek Shunya Shunya, that set up Shivaji Satam as the OG police officer of TV. Later on B.P. Singh chose to tone down the feel and narrative of the show so that it became less intense, more family friendly instead of being limited to a niche audience, that is what I read in an interview about the show, i guess that is true because later episodes of the show were not as intene as the initial episodes. I hope the show that is being re-telecast has retained the original episodes without any edit but I think given todays standards of Crime Patrol episodes CID might still be a lot more less graphic.

These are weekend dramas.

What about daily shows. Sony ended them all due to low TRPs.
