Like Crew it had been a 3 actresses ensemble movie but it definitely boosted her career through her performance.

She indeed is able to transport 'women power' on screen quite 'agressively'

Fashion was a benchmark, After fashion every top actress wanted to do a female oriented film which was not the case before that.

PC has done a lot of good movies. I am saying that I find Mary kom to be her best movie and performance.

It's strange how life sometimes takes decisive turns. Yet if she is happy with her US-work and her marriage and now having a daughter, it's fine.

Mary Kom had been such a powerful performance but her next movie after having gone to US (Prakash Jha's Jai Gangaajal) with equally a powerful woman centric role didn't give her success anymore.

She did not suit that role and scrpit, petformance were weak.

No, for me it's Aitraaz and Don.

She performed these roles very well.

To me, it's seems like she's doing a job she's happy to have grabbed...but her heart isn't really in it (her feelings/whishes might be elsewhere). Just an impression as I don't follow her life and work in US...I watched a part of the series because of her coming to India to promote the serial, herself and old rumours.
