He lost a lot of weight for Chandu and hasn’t gained it back. His face is just smaller and almost gaunt. The internet trolled him over always having a goofy smile on so now he’s sporting that serious face, or maybe it’s part of his “I’m an underdog outsider” act. He was never a good looking man to begin with and now without a fuller and smiley face he just looks bad.

There was a scene like this in the dirty picture of vidya balan. Photoshoot in bathtub😂

His face has become too slim now, it doesn't make him look good, sometimes a bit more weight makes people look better
