When Jhanak was in that mad house, Ani had many reasons to not break up with Arshi because that would have direct impact on Jhanak.

Now that Jhanak left the mad house, disconnected from Kolkata, I want to hope that he is waiting for the right time to break up. He is not looking forward to the wedding or life with Arshi. He is not making future plans with her which is not normal. I think he is just waiting for that moment where he feels Jhanak is safe enough that with this breakup it won’t any implications on Jhanak.

That would be nice, I have to watch the last couple of episodes for it to make sense to me.

A cordial hug , but even that could have been avoided by the makers as they showed him so emotionally attached to Jhanak now ..

May be he will get there too soon
