Anupamaa: Prem reminds Prerna of her limits; says he is happily married to the woman he loves

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Kapil opens up about the silent struggles men often face in marriages. He shares that husbands like him endure emotional pain but rarely speak about it, as their friends mock them and society refuses to acknowledge their suffering. Kapil expresses his frustration, saying that even if he reveals his pain, no one would believe that he is the one being victimized. Listening to him, Anupama stands firmly by his side. She assures Kapil that she trusts him and encourages him to raise his voice against the injustice he is facing.

Anupama further explains that not every woman can be placed on a pedestal and treated as flawless. She motivates Kapil to stand up for himself, reminding him that protecting his dignity is his fundamental right. Kapil, however, feels confused and helpless. He worries that if he takes any drastic step, Anupama’s ties with the Kothari family might get complicated again. Anupama remains calm and confident, telling him that she understands the risks but believes that destiny and faith will guide them through the situation. She adds that justice does not always require legal battles; sometimes, families resolve conflicts within their own walls.

Elsewhere, Prerna finds herself overwhelmed when she sees Prem. Losing control of her emotions, she attempts to get close to him. Prem immediately reacts with anger and firmly warns her to maintain distance. At the same time, Rahi becomes uneasy after accidentally breaking a photo frame that contains her picture with Prem. Sensing her anxiety, Anupama consoles Rahi and asks her to call Prem, explaining that her restlessness is likely because she has not spoken to him since the previous night.

Prem, meanwhile, reprimands Prerna for crossing boundaries and interfering in his married life. He clearly reminds her that he had drawn a line between them long ago and reveals that he is happily married to the woman he truly loves. Prem advises Prerna to accept reality and move forward with her life. Feeling ashamed, Prerna apologizes and pleads with him not to reveal the incident to Rahi or Anupama. Prem refuses to hide anything from his wife, but Prerna emotionally insists that she cannot afford to lose Anupama and Rahi’s trust. Despite her request, Prem asks her to leave the room immediately.

Shortly after, Rahi calls Prem, but Prerna picks up his phone instead. Rahi gets suspicious and questions why Prerna is answering Prem’s call. Thinking quickly, Prerna lies and claims that they were working on a meeting and that Prem is currently in the washroom. She then asks Rahi if everything is fine. Rahi confesses that she feels extremely uneasy, as if something unpleasant has happened. Prem eventually takes the call and comforts her, assuring her that nothing can affect their bond. When Rahi mentions the broken picture frame, Prem reassures her that their love is strong and cannot be shaken by such incidents.

Later, Anupama spends a warm moment feeding Rahi and Ansh, which reminds them of their childhood days. During this emotional moment, Anupama notices Mahi and invites her to join them. Mahi becomes emotional while recalling past memories, but she refuses to accept Anupama’s request to let go of her anger and relive her happier childhood moments. Observing her behaviour, Ansh remarks that Mahi has changed drastically. Curious and concerned, Rahi asks Anupama the reason behind Mahi’s transformation.

Anupama explains that Mahi’s fear and insecurity stem from never feeling fully accepted. She believes that Mahi’s current environment, especially Gautam’s influence, is further affecting her negatively. Anupama silently prays and hopes that all her children find peace and happiness in their lives.

Meanwhile, Kapil again confides in Anupama, expressing his desire to fight for himself but admitting that he does not know where to begin. Anupama advises him to avoid openly speaking against Kriti for now. Instead, she suggests that he should gather evidence by capturing her aggressive behaviour on camera. Kapil wonders if the law offers any protection to men facing domestic abuse. Anupama acknowledges that while women often suffer more in such cases, she is certain that legal support for men also exists. She encourages Kapil to collect strong proof so that they can approach a lawyer with solid evidence.

Anupama later informs Preet that she is currently with the Kothari family and will return soon. At the same time, Kapil receives shocking news that his mother has met with an accident. Tension escalates when Kriti starts creating chaos. Kapil blames her for his mother’s condition, leading to a heated confrontation. Parag steps in and warns Kapil not to disrespect Kriti in front of him. He questions Kriti about why she continues to tolerate the situation instead of filing for divorce. Kapil declares that he is ready to end the marriage immediately, but he is certain that Kriti will never agree to it. Parag then decides to call a lawyer to settle the matter once and for all.

Just when the situation intensifies, Anupama intervenes and apologizes for interrupting their conversation, hinting that she has something important to reveal.

In the precap, Kriti shocks the Kothari family by accusing Kapil of physically abusing her. Parag loses control and starts hitting Kapil in anger. Anupama steps forward to stop him and openly questions Kriti’s behaviour, stating that she has never encountered a woman like her before. With Kapil’s support, Anupama finally exposes Kriti’s truth and strongly speaks about the importance of equal justice for men and women.
