Did Rajeev pari consummate their marriage? After losing Rajeev neeti's baby, she is trying for a new baby? Did they consummate while she was still pregnant? Or after losing the baby?

no. She is still a virgin. Haan agar makers suddenly reveal kare that pari is pregnant, then we will get to know that pariraju consummated. But till now makers haven't showed or hinted anything like that
