It had been reported that they stalled production on this until the budget and fees were cut after their recent disasters - but then producer Jackky Bhagnani denied it. I guess he was telling the truth which is insane as was his statement last week that it would make 1100cr WW. That studio just burns money.

It is so obvious that this movie doesn't even try to hide its purpose...

everyone does these nowadays. Corporate bookings, numbers fudging, paying critics, paying media to declare the films hit.
