What Is the story of that serial..??
Heroine is a TV actress and lead hero India's biggest heart surgeon.... both are heartbroken as her BF had an affair and hero mis-operated his gf sending her into coma. The enemies to friends to lovers was done beautifully....
There was also a viral scene of that show..... It was a romcom for first 80 epis and then they turned it into drama for trp. I highly recommend people to watch it until marriage... It's not something great but a very good show until it wasn't.

It is a part of show..... The heroine is a tv actress, so it is a part of the show she is a part of in the show (does it make sense?) I forgot the actress name but actress was playing sonakshi who was playing Parvati
