She is super talented and better actor anyday than the other top actresses like dp, kat etc who lack in acting majorly..she did not deserve it for this one and it is sad coz this award is raising doubts on her otherwise brilliant acting capabilities..i mean who from these top actresses can deliver a performance like Gangubai? None..no one is even close..but yeah this award did more damage and alia does not need this validation after proving so many times

Gabgubai is an over rated performance for sure,

mainly because she has no competition right now and no other actress is even half decent, so it won't turn her into a brilliant actress automatically by default.

she appeared immature, tiny, little and a forced one in that Gangubai's role.

honestly i find her performance in gangubai very overrated. Glad she is being called for once and all

It just put a spotlight how fake Filmafare is, and how annoying Alia is I just love how basically the whole industry basically ignored the two nepo awards show. Like almost everyone in their categories didnt go, how embarrassing. Did anyone even congratulate them on social media it was *crickets*.

lol 😂 they just wanted hubby n wife to win together because Kiara should have gotten it and Vikrant should have been nominated in this category which they didn’t and won. I like Alia as an actress but wasn’t deserving this time.
