Both Ranveer and Vikrant were outstanding too. Also, SRK for Jawan. It's the toughest category this year. But I don't see Vikrant winning over SRK, Ranveer, Ranbir, Vicky. I feel Ranbir's performance was just better than all the others in terms of range and versatility

Okay good point but I have a feeling that Vicky might win all the critics awards though 🤔 or wait…do you think Vicky has a shot in winning in the popular categories?

I kinda doubt it since Sam Bahadur underperformed commercially and even critically it received mixed to average reviews. Sam Bahadur was not exactly another Uri or Sardar Uddham level film for Vicky like the way everybody thought it would be 🤷🏽‍♀️

I agree with your point. No, he will get nominations in the popular category but still feel Vikrant will get the critics awards. Maybe Abhishek might get it for Ghoomer. The only reason Ranbir wont win will be 'ethical' because they don't want to award such a character otherwise it's his award this year. If Ranbir doesn't then I can't call between SRK, Vicky and Ranveer. Either of those can win.

I doubt Filmfare highly though. Ranbir winning for Sanju over Ranveer for Padmavat, Vidya winning for Kahaani over Priyanka for Barfi, Pritam winning for Ludo over AR Rahman for Atrangi Re are still awards I cant' believe happened. So who knows what they'll do.

To your point of commercial success, I dont think Sardar Uddham was a commercial success either. So I hope thats not a deciding factor. If it is, then its going to rain SRK this year with two 1000 crore films

Best Playback Singer Female: Shreya Ghoshal (Vaishnav Jan to - Gandhi Godse) or Shilpa Rao (Chaleya-Jawan) or Shreya Ghoshal (Tum Kya Mile-RARKPK). Personally Shreya should win for Gandhi Godse.

Its an insanely beautiful rendition. Cant stop listening to it.

Its a good movie with a great messsage and great Abhishel has done a great job.
