Well in Bengali marriage , Dulha has to be shirtless during the wedding rituals. With a shawl or chadar. Wearing a plain dhoti.

So yeah, Sherwani / kurta etc. are only for the waiting period, before and after , that and the photo ops.

.. I can understand 2 people literally getting up from bed and going to mandir in casual clothes to get married.. But this is a planned organised wedding with guests and hundreds of media.. You can't take the time to put on a shirt and trousers? This is shabby with wearing chappals, fitness watch, sweating, wearing ganji, wearing the dhoti pants slanted that looks sloppy

This isn't quirky like i think kiran rao is... This is just weird
