I swear. It was so rushed. From audience pov, it makes sense that it was the straw that broke the camel's back. But Majboor was doing Meri Anu jaap till this while and suddenly voiced this out so she got an excuse to play victim again (imo)

Btw, it was such a masterclass in manipulation from the unpaid maid. Dukhmukh Shah would be so proud of the training he has imparted to AnupaMaid Shah

On other note, I have read various writers got tired of their created characters after they become popular. Agatha Christie hated Hercule Poirot and wanted badly to finish him off. I feel the makers hate Anupamaa and simply want to keep her for the sake of public demand. As someone who rooted sincerely for her growth and happiness, I want the makers to finish the story now instead of spoiling every single thing about her.

That's why it is important to finish off the series once nothing is remaining to show

It was definitely a conversation for a change but it felt like easy routes were adopted at the end.
