One's taste can become outdated as we age, and that taste literally turns-off the younger generation.

I now have so much more respect for previous gen nepos. At least they had the guts to debut in the theatre and face reality head on.

That point is correct, but isn't that what a movie is? It's someone's narrative .. Isn't it?

OTT platforms are relatively new, and they're tapping into an opportunity that they feel will be lucrative.

Only interesting factor for me here is Zoya and Suhana. I loved Khushi 3-5 yrs back when Janhvi was introduced, because Jahnvi is really really not good looking neither she can act, Khushi had better personality. But in this trailer Khushi’s presence was rather meh.

Glad Suhana has the meatiest role of all I guess. And she’s started on similar note as her father, with unconventional roles in the beginning. Now it’s on her to prove why she deserved this chance that she’s got. If Suhana loves acting, she should also work for it in theatres and all platforms. Relying on only movies is going to make it difficult for her in today’s age of nepotism debates etc. I loved her voice and that struck with me from the entire trailer. That and the whole retro touch, it was nice.

Looking forward to see it.

One thing I would say, the songs have grown on me. Quite catchy and fun!

Coming to the trailer, none of them have a very strong screen presence. Khushi has barely 2 expressions. Something about Suhana is off. She tries and you can tell she tries, but she is not just cut out to be an actress.

I think it would be an OTT hit. Many people will watch to see Suhana and Khushi and the haters would as well just to trash them and consequentially gift them views!

It is gonna be a successful venture!
