I think dkp would have planned to shoot the ad with Mishter Shah and whole Shah Parivar, with Anuj and CA standing outside the window. After the ad would have been sent to Prime Minister's Office to get okayed.. Fearing that his campaign might take a serious hit, PM would have intervened and asked to reshoot the ad in order to cater people's sensibilities..
