At Kapadia mansion , there is massive argument as Anuj and Anupama are in favour of Anuj fighting for Samar n giving statement at court m while Pakhi, Adhik, Barkha and Ankush are against this lead by Malti Devi. Malti Devi does emotional blackmailing to Anupama n dissuades her from involving MD’s son in the fight for Anikama’s son. Anupama is in dilemma and the argument goes on. Anuj remains stead fast by Anupama’s side n she promises MD that she will get Anuj back home safely
. At SH, Vanraj is ready to leave for court as it was the first hearing on Samar’s case , family members dissuade him. Massive argument ensues but they manage to restrain Vanraj .
Next day is the hearing day , Anuj is again dissuaded by his family members but he will not back out in his fight for his buddy Samar.
At SH family members restrain Vanraj from going to court in support of MaAn.
Suresh Rathore is seen reaching in his car along with Sonu and he assures Sonu that they will win this case as the opposition had no evidence against them.
On the way to court Anupama and Anuj panic in trivial issues , they are escorted by security .
At court Ankush and Anuj go inside while Devika and Anupama go to meet the Cafetaria /lounge owner to try n extract some evidences against Sonu . The owner clears himself from the issue n gives no statement , he denies being present l Devika shows him video evidence of being in Sonu’s company but he still declines . Anupama gets infuriated as Samar’s death is shamed n spoken of in poor light .
Anupama loses her cool n gets violent and aggressively manhandles Him, Devika calms Anupama is great difficulty. Devika reprimands Anupama for spoiling what so ever chances they had .
Anupama realizes n regrets , she weeps with guilt .
Devika and Anuoama reach court empty handed , they are not surprised as they watch Ankush and Anuj walk out of court looking regretful.
