Karthick: My prediction for semis are: India, South Africa, New Zealand & Australia. We can never write off champion teams like Australia just after 2 bad games. Expecting a victory from them today, Game on Aussies!

Pitch report: "68 metres on one side (of the square) and 69 on the other side, straight is 76 metres. There is a little bit of moisture on it, it is a little bit damp because they had these hessian mats on it, so it's just holding it together because it is a red soil and they don't want it to be too dry too early. There is a bit of grass as well," with inputs from Samuel Badree and Nasser Hussain

Sri Lanka chose to bat.

100 % toss record for SL.smiley20

Australia might be thinking, It is better to lose the toss and win the match.

Cheers..

Raj: India, New Zealand, South Africa and Australia in that order. Would love to see India vs New Zealand Finals. New Zealand trying to win it for first time, while India trying to break the NZ curse.

Kusal Mendis: We will bat first, the wicket is looking good and it might turn a bit in the second half. We have 2 changes. Dasun and Matheesha are not playing and Chamika and Lahiru Kumara are playing. Unfortunately Dasun is not playing, really important match today. Par score might be 280-300, hopefully we can manage that.

Lakmal: "@Rohit Since Chamika is in as a bowling all-rounder, SL will select Dushan Hemantha as a replacement for Matheesha Pathirana. "

Pitch report: This is the same wicket that Australia played South Africa on, and it's a lightening fast outfield. The dimensions are pretty even too - 68 metres square of the wicket either side, and 72 metres on the long boundaries in the arc. "It's a little bit damp, bit of grass," says Nasser Hussein. "It did a bit for the spinners and seamers [in the SAvAus game]. SA seamers bowled a back of a length, but under lights it did a little bit more. That's what the teams will want to do today as well."
