Katrina never boasted of being a good actor nor anyone else piled any acting accolades on her. But Anushka Sharma passed off as next thing to Meryl Streep for a large part of her career when she is really nothing but an annoying bubbly one trick pony with bad dialogue delivery.

Come to think of it, despite of being a great year for bollywood, there was a lack of great performances from female stars this year. Did any performance receive a lot of praises other than Deepika in Jawan and Kareena in Jaane Jaan? I don't remember any. How was Rani in that Chatterjee movie? I wasn't active on bollywood forums so don't know how was it received. 🤔

Any other performance by actress you thought was good this year? Or received good reviews?

As for the Rani film, i watched it with a few friends the day it released on Netflix. The movie was a mess. It needed better writing and better direction. Everything was all over the place.

Katrina , pretty easy that

Katrina is not an actor in the true sense of the word. She can’t act.

How she managed to be a top tier A lister will always be a mystery to me. She is atrocious and was obnoxious off screen too atleast until a few years back.

Now off screen she has “matured” (PR?)
