No. These are the theatrical distribution rights and the non theatrical rights that have been sold by the producers because of the big buzz of the movie. It's profit for the producers before release.

The movie has to be watched and loved by the audience in the cinemas like Pathaan to be declared as an ATBB.

Giving a tag to Jawan is quite a stupid gesture, I think... the release is still one month away.

What the deals show (if the reported numbers are correct) is the professional position SRK has in the industry. It's already assured that the makers won't have a loss...everything that comes their way, will be a plus now (but that has nothing to do with box office and acceptance by audience and ultimate verdict 😉

314 crores! So it needs to collect at least 628 cr so that distributors/exhibitors breakeven.

It's never considered a good sign in the distributor circle if the makers sell Indian theatrical rights pre-release. While it's quite common for the Overseas Theatrical rights, it's very rare for the makers of big films to do this for Indian rights post 2000. Shows no conviction in their own product. Now it could just be risk management by Red Chillies by hedging their huge investment but it doesn't change the narrative.
