@red: no, she is not pakhi' s next of kin but pakhi is Sai's biological son 's legally adoptive mother. So, Sai is not searching for any random person.

If she tries and fails in the search and police also confirms it then both Sai and Virat can take some concrete decision regarding vinu's recovery.

@bold: sai is not asking Virat to get back pakhi and marry her. Instead she wants to bring pakhi back to Vinu ( not Virat) and that is not chavan's family matter. Even after VP's divorce sanctions, Sai will still be connected to pakhi as pakhi is vinu's adoptive mother. Sai will have to be in touch with her son's adoptive parents even if the adoptive parents gets separated.

Now, if suppose Karishma goes missing and Sai gave such ads then we can call that as Sai's interference in chavan's family matter as Sai is not connected to Karishma.

Here Sai is not searching for any random person but for her son's adoptive mother.

Also later in life, if Virat still remains in his self destruction mode or in his candy floss mood and Sai wants to try for vinu's custody then in court also, Sai will have to establish that pakhi abandoned vinu and she tried searching her but failed.

Now for ur hypothetical ques, as a father it is Virat's prime duty to check Savi's safety. He could have discussed his concern with Sai and Satya. Inform them and run a background check on him and his family but alas Virat was busy eating candy floss.

And then he finds out there is nothing wrong with them and his daughter is actually being treated really well and she is loving her new environment....he starts harassing the step dad 🤣 He is literally like how can I be happy taht my daughter is happy? his baapta knows no boundaries
