Maine Aashiqana start kiya tha. I've watched half of season 1 only aur ab season 3 chal raha hai. I really loved the madness of the serial killer portrayed and the chemistry between the leads is on point too! Lekin in the second half it became more of a saas-bahu drama with the guy's dadi disliking Chikki (FL).

It's produced by Gul and there are sooo many elements copied from IPZN. 😆

1. Angry young man ML (who's to be engaged btw)

2. Sanskaar ke rotiyaan khaane wali ML and Dadi.

3. Dadi who doesn't like FL.

4. FL is an orphan living with her maasi.

5. FL's maasa is abusive to Maasi.

6. Everyone in the family is afraid of Dadi, the matriarch.

7. ML's sister is a big darpok and it's her kaand that created a misunderstanding between the leads.

8. Savitri was accused of EMA by Dadi, in here the ML's Bhabi was accused of having one. She (who was in the police force too) was shot dead by her police husband who, thereafter, committed suicide. Though I feel, she was being framed.

9. Despite her past, the FL is happy-go-lucky.

10. The ML has a brother like Karthik who speaks on behalf of the fandom.

11. ML has sanskaar per convenience like our AVM.😆 Though our AVM was wayyy more sanskari- the ML here has slept around with women and actually had a child of his own too! (Though I have to give it to the casting director for choosing the perfect child to be playing his son. He legit looks like his and his ex gf's child by physical features.)

12. They've used AVM's house!😆
