from female employees
In this show katha won't highlight it bcoz it was a deal(not blackmailing) and she has taken money for it .
Most of the complaints are register when woman may have quit the company and told that to media. And to save reputation of the company either Boss have to step down on its own or forced to resign.
Internally it is very rare to terminate even an employee (depend upon companies policy) because employee can file a case against company for wrongly judgement. It require a solid proof or witness. Only if 2 -3 girls complaint then serious action are taken.
It is more easy to falsely accuss a man on road and arrest him but company thoroughly investigate before termination.
@red, deal and blackmailing is tricky part. The thing is Viaan cannot ask for sexual favor under any circumstances that too in office.
Suppose lay off is going on and manager has to prepare list of employees to terminate. He informed all the employees and a woman whose name is in list come to discuss about her performance. Manager said he can't do anything as company is in loss and we have to terminate some good employees also. Then ask if she agrees to sleep with him, he will talk to higher authorities for not to terminate you. This is not blackmailing but offering her deal but this also comes under sexual harassment.
