Shamita statement can be easily questioned.

1) Why she called Viaan on holi?

2) How Shamita is called by Viaan to his cabin. Usually Jenny use to send Katha to Viaan canin or Viaan called through phone. Check phone detail who called her?

3) Jenny observation.

Also in case of harassment complainer behavior is also asked like whether she was upset with something, whether she told to her colleague that Viaan do dirty touching. Since no colleague has mentioned until she rejoin, it is also negative point for Shamita.

I am guessing they are considering sms as solid evidence and since there is no cctv in office, sms hold as only evidence.

You better lower your expectations drastically...these makers ain't barking up that tree...maybe like the PTV shows they will have them just holding hands and your imagination will have to do the heavy lifting😆
