Maya is bad not because she was prostitute. I didn't say that. Maya is not good parent because she left her daughter in orphanage and went on to achieve her fantasies of becoming rich amd powerful. Did she kept visiting ca in this time? Did she even know ca is dead or alive during this time? Did she once thought that not maan but what if an eligible couple have taken ca's custody? All these points are arising because maan whom most of yhe people hate now ate claiming ca 'a custody but what if any other normal lovable childless couple would have fostering maya? I am sure people would have bashed maya lift right and centre for being mean to them.

And if maan being not eligible for adoption is a real law technicality then maya leaving her child in orphanage and returning after so long is also real law technicality.

And I dont believe in that bullshit of someone kidnapping ca because maya was prostitute. If this is possible then someone from past like sampat would have again sold her into prostitution. But maya saved herself somehow so she could have also saved ca. Aur itna ameer banne ke baad hua kya sampat aaya to maaya kisi dukhiyari dari sehmi aurat ki tarah anuj ke peechhe hi chhupi na...kya kar liya itna paisa kama le jab madad dusro se hi mangna padi.

Well, I can understand the hatred of fandom for maan. And couple is troll worthy no doubt but stop being overly critical of them because maya is no saint either. If they would have shown her as genuine person, having a believable back story and certainly not eyeing someone else's husband and playing mind games then definitely my sympathies would have been with her. But thats not the case for sure.

Even if she had a strong case of custody but she eyeing anuj, trying to manipulate ca and kidnapping a child who is legally under foster care, maya has ruined her chance winning big time. She committed a crime.

If she is real mother she can't. But if she is some fraudster anything can happen.

I was watching "orphan" movie few days back. What if Maya turned out be some psycho like her. Her obsession with anuj was similar.

If u see movies showing dark realities...orphanage is also not a safe place.

But here the main thing is no one asked Maya for any documentary proof that she is real mother n real maya. Without informing orphanage she is taking away the kid which is illegal. Now maan being foster parents have an opportunity to file suit here legally. Foster parents do have legal rights to claim for custody. Of course its in hands of court to decide.

People are forgetting the story Maya told.....She said that she continuously checked on CA and never lost sight of her...and when she was going to get CA ...she had an accident.......if you want to believe the story....believe everything....like Mr Kapadia was a virgin for 26 years pining for Anupamaa...😆

I don't understand ....why is Maya not getting a test done if she is indeed the actual mother....only this thing puts a doubt in my mind....and of course to show Devi ji as mahan and besht mother ...every character who doesn't become a Devi bhakt has to be sacrificed.....

And second point is exactly why courts don't let little kids choose unless they are of certain age. The courts decide what's best for them

India's law gives power to courts to decide on child custody. As far as I know or understand, Till child is not adopted, legal custody lies with adoption center/orphanage and if more than one couple claim custody then definitely they would have option to fight case in court of law.

Court has absolute right to decide to whom custody should be given.

Doesn't matter maya is biological mom, foster parents can claim for child's custody if they are successful in proving that maya was an irresponsible mother, she abandoned her daughter and was missing from her life since 6-7 years only to become "enough rich". Its pute negligence on her part. And she kidnapped a child who is under orphanage's custody. So now she committed crime also.

Mera bas chale to ca ko maan aur maya dono hi deserve nahi karte, usko kisi achhe normal couple ko de do lekin kyunki we have only two options then i feel maan would be better for ca after knowing maya's real character. If maan are bachha chor then maya is pati chor for sure.

I am not happy with Maya either.😡 She should have taken them to court and gotten custody of her child early on. This stupid challenge and lingering allowed it to get this worse. Law and documents are on her side. Why take your child this way unless she was worried they would not allow it?!🤔I know nothing would stop me from taking my kid out of that home. Foster parents or not. I would have done it with police around. This is stupid writers writing. 😡 MaAn are not the best to raise any child.

When Maya was introduced she was shown to be having a file with all records n saying no court can stop her from taking her child n her case is very strong. This shows even she knew she will have to fight custody battle.All of a sudden maya forgot everything n kidnapped the child.

The case would be Maan Vs State Vs Maya.

Anu is orphan in record so govt has legal right on her. And court will see everything on what ground Maya abandoned the child, how she became so rich, why she came after so many years n child's future with her. Court will ask child too where she wants to go. If anuj can influence court through money so can Maya.

Even if Maan was not in picture still Maya would have to lodge the case to get her child. She can't just come n influence the child n take her away.
