I guess Meerab will refuse the Nikaah because they've listed Anwar as her father. She's going to walk out until they include Waqas as well, in some rasam as her father if not the Nikaah conditions.
Or it will be the scene where she shows Murtasim the papers and he'll have to agree, for his izzat, so the marriage continues.
Whatever feelings erupted in Murtasim these last few days are going to take the backburner because Meerab is out for blood and while that blood (and survival) is not against Murtasim, the beginning of their relationship will be the cost.
What Meerab doesn't understand is like her, Murtasim is a pawn in Ma Begum's hands. If the elders are trying to quash Meerab's freedom, and dictate her relationships, they did the same with Murtasim. That's probably why he is such a cold character. When these two join forces, they'll be unstoppable.
