Entitled generation of kids

Everyone says toshu is bad pakhi is bad because of anupama and vanraj and Baa upbringing

Yes Toshu and pakhi are pain in neck kids

But i feel 80% kids these days are highly entitled compared to the other generations when they were 0-25 year olds

Unlike kids born 20 years back or even before like 80s or 90s kids the current gen of 0-23 year olds are very entitled brats

Whether at home with parents or supportive siblings or in office with colleagues the current 0-25 year olds are highly entitled and think too highly of themselves just like toshu and pakhi and refuse to adjust or compromise no matter what situation

Rarely you get a kid like a samar or adhik or kinjal who are responsible do not demand entitlement from family or those around them and adjust to others and help family or colleagues

This toshu and pakhi are less about baby sitting and more like entitled brats who think all others around them are their slaves and should do everything to make their lives happy and carefree by working and whatever they do is right and others should tolerate

One failure or no from family makes them depressed unlike other generations where people would keep trying 50 times and did not make big issue of a NO from family or others.

Kids even 10 year olds before 2000s would demand keeping in view financial situation of parents or family unlike now where its like my way or highway on everything they want

Not to say that before 2000s gen where we belong are great but there 30% showed brat attitude or entitlement and rest 70% were like samar or adhik etc

But the 0-23 year olds now are like 80% of them are entitled and think too high of themselves like entitled attitude towards parents or adjusting siblings or colleagues etc

Pakhi and surprisingly toshu belong to this entitled gen of ppl

I think the lack of punishment in school or even by parents or grandparents and molly coddling going on by parents, grandparents and teachers to youngsters and over exposure to commercialism in last 20 years make these adults think they are so entitled to think they should be treated like royalty by others be it parents like anupama or spouse like kinjal or relatives like adhik and even towards society members

Why do you think kids are so much entitled and have no idea of empathy or reality like a toshu or pakhi?

I think its lack of proper upbringing in last 2 decades by parents and elders or lack of moral education by family and schools unlike before and commercialization thats so rampant in media and society etc that makes them so entitled and far from reality like toshu and pakhi

I remember in 90s as kids we were told not to tell lies or cheat anyone or to help those in trouble and treat those who do not have as much as us with respect and empathy repeatedly by family and teachers etc. Now i read MBBS students torturing dogs and killing them for fun etc i mean its scary what sort of doctors will be there in next gen. If we trouble or threw stone at dog our parents or teachers would go wild and punish. Now kids are not scared of parents or teachers or society and law etc unlike before

Now kids are only taught get 90% and above go on top by hook or crook anyway in life etc by parents and teacher even if its unethically means do not matter as long as you achieve it any how

Even anupama and vanraj have failed to teach this lesson to toshu or pakhi and themselves are not great examples as i never see anupama bothered to return any loan taken from anuj or his company same with samar, pakhi or toshu. Vanraj too thinks its ok to snatch anuj kapadiya empire by illegal means. His parents too never bother to tell kids or grandkids any moral lessons and keep quiet even if they kill, steal, cheat

I mean i thought at least Baa gen and hasmukh gen had some values and would drill it into kids or grand kids but no they are themselves big frauds. Same with anupama and vanraj they have no moral compass what willl they teach their kids anything

Anuj and malvika are other extreme of upbrining emotional fools who for some one sided love can give up their family property and empire for few days of duplicate love shown by anupama or vanraj

There is no normal mature person in this family

Only kavya looks some what normal and devika and dolly rest all are selfish or emmotional fools no normal behaviour

I mean which 46-47 year old man behaves like an anuj kapadiya so crazy in love like a zombie. I can understand at 25 or 30 someone may go crazy in life but after 35 or 40 people mature and have seen enough life and world to behave so immature and slave like and wife pleasing like anuj kapadiya

I think both vanraj and toshu and anuj and anupama upbringing and behaviours are abnormal for their ages

Where does fault lie?

I have posted similar comment on this topic in some other topic. This generation is highly influenced by likes on social media. When we were kids we did not even had a smart phones. Forget abt smart phones we did not even had basic phones. We used to enjoy speaking to others playing outdoor games or watching tv which had only limited channels.

But now a days parents inorder to please their kids they give smartphone as soon as they turn 10 and they will have access to content from all ott apps. They start browsing through all contents which are not appropriate for kids and parents hardly monitor them as they are busy with their own social media accounts.

Girls who are under 18 are also getting influenced by these indian shows. Which shows them ultimate goal of your life is marriage and bearing kids. Nobody realizes they should start looking for their career and get the best thing for themselves so that they will not be dependent on others.

Boys who are underage. They visit all kinds of sites which is not appropriate for them. They start dating at the age of 15 or so. Where we hardly knew what is relationships. Even there are news about minor raping other minors.

Kids start trending/uploading things which might give them likes and start craving for likes. I am shocked to see how ppl trend for a tv star and their ultimate goal is to get liking from their star. Tbh i like actors but they are not god. They are humans and i don't understand this trends where ppl spend lot of time which will fetch nothing other than the actor may feel happy for 2 mins for the limelight they get but what they got by doing all this ? Nothing.

This generation do not understand that life is not a fairy tale like how its shown on tv. Unless and untill you work hard you will not get anything.
