Yes he has made it clear through words that he cannot love P.

The honeymoon resort episode showed how much her advances makes his cringe.

P knows V does not love her or see her in a romantic light but she wants to possess him by claiming she loves him and sacrificed a lot etc blah, blah

Love is not bondage and never asks for anything in return, V has experience love with Sai, he knows the difference and also know P does not love him but see him as a prize or some sort of payment for being a "DIL", convincing him to adopt Vinu (imagine when she find out it's the real Vinu i.e if she had nothing to do with him being in the orphanage).

It's also strange that the same orphanage is the one CN is patron off.

True, the show is based on the lengths V will go to ensure he fulfil his duty.

If she is a normal person, and Vinu's truth is out, she should let Virat go even willingly now that he has a complete family. She shoudl have done that when Savi's truth is found. That man does not love you. Yours is conditional marriage assuming your wife is dead, then when she is back and she has a kid with him, why is she not letting him go? Why is Virat not leaving her?

He will not leave her, neither he lets Sai move on. Neither he tells his kids, he is their father. Why is he living such pathetic life for a woman who destroyed his life? Because she is suicidal? Not a good excuse. He is destroying his life including Sai's and his 2 kids'. The show is definitely looking morbid.

@bold: But she is not normal! 700+ epi gawahi denge iss baath ki. Why would she give up when she put so much effort to be where she is now. no expectations from her.

@ green: She always knew that, but that never stopped her, when he was married to someone else and she was married to another man. Well she deliberately married another man so she can chase this one. Itne expectations, woh bhi didi se!!

@purple: It is immaterial to her, conditional or not, marriage or not. All she wants is to be close to him. Marriage is now in her favor.

She chased the wife out, with a plan to offer her shoulder and then V can be indebted to her for being there. Well it happened exactly as she had planned. Why would she free him when "wife" is back that too with a child. Her gamble that Savi is someone else's child and that would make V run to her backfired (expecting Sai will be out of their life for good) to some extent. So her releasing him from his "duty" because she loves him and love is to free someone is not the definition of LOVE in her dictionary. Her definition in her words "pyar toh pagalpan hi hai". It is bondage.

Virat places duty about everything...So he won't leave Pakhi..But I really hope he gets the realization that protecting his love and his own little family is also the duty of him in which he failed...The character has to show some growth when the story is about him...Sai's character has shown growth..Eventually Pakhi will also grow by realizing obsessing and hold on to unrequited love will never make her happy and real love means letting them free.

So he too has to show some growth

It is clear that Virat sees his ideal life as him being happy with Sai and his kids.

He is riding a guilt guilt train when it comes to P. It has been clearly expressed through his imagination. Those were dialogues in his head, P did not not speak them nor did she commit suicide, but based on her past actions he has imagined this. I sincerely believe there has to be more to this P angle.

Virat is literally living a fearful and unhappy life where P is concerned.

Unfortunately he projects on to Sai. Had he been happy in life he won't attack Sai as he's been doing.

It's like someone under bondage and he deserves it for all the horrible and heartless decisions he's made.

We complained a lot about the lack of introspection and monologues from V today we got small glimpse into his mindset today.

Agreed, yesterday's episode made it clear that Virat knows his real happiness lies with sai n kids. His conscience is very well aware of the wrongs he did to Sai post leap. But wrong choices lead to lifelong sufferings n he has to suffer. He has earned it. He will not leave P. It has to be vice-versa

Yeah but viewers are dumb, they just want a happy ending for the couple, no matter how wrong they were for each other🤔

it didnt make sense for them to do the punar janam track in that show just to whitewash his sins...because Mayura still rememberes everything...then what was the point? They couldve just whitewashed him in his previous birth😆

I don’t know about this because we are not getting any dialogues from Virat about his feelings for Sai…to me it seemed that he was just happy to tell her that their son was alive as he knows that she must have felt the same pain of losing vinu as he did. Tbh Only that imaginary hug he gave Sai when he first saw her alive in the rain..showed any love feelings for her..after that there’s been nothing.. it’s like he thinks of his past with her as a memory of things that were good in his life but that he’s lost. I don’t know.. Virat needs to have a heart to heart talk to himself.. Sai has acknowledged that she still loves him,..but we haven’t got that from him yet 🤷🏻‍♀️..
