and ask him if he would stay CN or come with her... if vinu wants to be with sai... she should file for custody or visiting rights otherwise...

To be fair they can cut out the surrogacy explanation. Vinu thinks pakhi and virat are his adopted parents because he has no parents, well let him continue to think that just like he thinks savi was also adopted by virat because she has no father and he gets to know that sai is his real mother and like savi he starts living with sai which virat comes to visit him.
