But if Shweta actually wanted a divorce then why did she not sign the papers when given the opportunity. Also, won't it be a lengthy process. How long does she plan on staying there.

It would be easier for her to leave without a divorce. She can then just pretend the marriage never happened.

Also, not sure why she wants to go to Dubai. If she doesn't want to work, then wouldn't staying in the same country be more feasible. Dubai must be more expensive. Am I missing something?
