Divorce is the astra Krish is going to use against ger to withdraw the complaint and this is the plan he was talking to Dev about without revealing it. Also Krish is #1 Bhabima bhakt at this time. He doesn’t care about Chutki, for him getting Bhabima released is utmost of importance

He only asked her to sign and submitted the documents in the court. But the hearing is still left. He could still withdraw the divorce petition and she will be legally married to him which she is pretending not to carry on with him 😆
