HR needs to go. He is a huge drama queen who wants to run on stage and be a contestant himself. He is very annoying. He is also promoting Vineet like he did Pawandeep. Vineet is above the 30 years age cut-off initially but HR made the change because he wanted Vineet to be included. I bet he will get Vineet to win. By the way, Vineet has horrible style of singing, eyes closed and hand moving forward and forward. He is just as annoying as HR.
