What I feel about the track, as a person who has interest in writing...understanding the technicalities of the plot and conflict in story telling...

They are at a point where they need to tie several things.

1. The importance of the family.

2. The wrong done to Sai.

3. SaiRat and Pakhi in their life.

4. Pakhi's change.

Sai left the family, not willing to trust them. Virat chose his family and let her go. The end result is everyone suffered. Ideally, after an event like 'death', of a loving member, people should change. Thats why I say keeping Pakhi negative is absurd or the family. She would have changed, but she is not strong to accept the reality. She is still holding on to Virat, a man who clearly doesnt love her. She is not able to live alone. Contrast this with Sai, she has everything at hand's reach but still she put her self respect above everythign and chose to stay alone. She chose peace over prosperity. Pakhi has to realize it. If I were to write a story around that...then I will not make her negative again.

Sai will see what family can do when people are in distress. They help each other and overcome the grief. For that to happen, she has to know what they went through when Virat was dying and they themselves suffered her loss. She will understand that they indeed loved her. Suffered her and her son's loss. For that, even though initially they are angry that she didnt inform them about her being alive, they will melt. They have to show the love for Savi as Sai's daughter. Then Sai will herself feel obliged to share the information that Savi is their blood too! Sai has to lose the fear that they will snatch her child away. They should show the growth in the family members as well as some understanding from Sai about family dynamics

Last thing is SaiRat. Are they untouched by Pakhi. This is the biggest test. Going by Virat's love for Sai...what is shown and not what is perceived. He said to ashwini that he cant forget sai ever. That is his status. But If he loved Sai, he could not have married Pakhi. The long story he mentioned cannot be just married for Vinu's adoption. For all the difficulties they have undergone, if he had married Pakhi then whats the point? He married his so called first love, when he got a chance. If he has to be made a hero, he should be shown as someone raising above that opportunity. Otherwise, how will he be worthy of Sai's love. She proved her love by staying loyal to him during separation. Raised his daughter, lived his memories through her. She is answerable for only one question, if she loved him so much why didnt she come back to him? That is the question Virat is asking her. For that they need to understand her fear of losing her child. For Sai to understand Virat, nothing but him being in DUTY mode that has no strings attached should come forward.

Yesterday Pakhi said one dialogue "You will never abandon a person in difficulty". This has to come true with Pakhi. I still believe marrying Pakhi is not Vinu's adoption. There is much more to it.

Also, Sai expressed how much she is hurt to see Pakhi and Virat together. She said she will handle the pain alone. So yeah she will be CN seeing them together, but as a doctor. We all know that she will be pained. But she will get family's support. If they go by KD, Virat might feed Pakhi too!! So be prepared.

The same maybe the case with Pakhi. On paper, Pakhi is a woman who loves Virat passionately & unconditionally. She is not a bad woman but highly flawed - who crosses moral boundaries for the one she believes to be the love of her life. If you see, she is like Virat - extreme when consumed by her emotions. Circumstances don't help her either - she is stuck in her emotions for this man - unable to move on & forced to see him falling in love with someone else. In that desperation, she digresses - does awful things, becomes this bitter, petty person. She falls lower & lower into moral & emotional abyss until she does something which lowers her worth in Virat's eyes & also all but destroys her life. That acts as a wakeup call...for change...and she accepts to be Virat's unconditional support irrespective of his love for Sai. Sounds good? I am sure this is what they had in mind for Pakhi - someone who wears her heart on sleeve & is not afraid to risk her emotions. "Junoon aisa ki khud ko jala de" was her tagline...what comes across is craziness, not passion!

Oh Boy! The execution😔. The way her character is written - making her so vile, arrogant - it seems like she has "Karen" complex coupled with delusional syndrome- privileged & determined to have what she wants...in this case, a man she is obsessed with. There is no ounce of humanity, honesty. She becomes cruel & criminal - how can anyone feel sympathetic towards such a person? We can tolerate grave mistakes...but she stoops to destroying lives. Makers don't know how to write grey characters. Or maybe they are forced by TRP pressure - to write ridiculous plots which destroys character arcs.

One of the grey characters I am reminded of is Scarlet O'Hara from Gone with the winds. She too is obsessed with a man - Ashley - long after HE is married, long after SHE is married. She marries different men - all for personal gains, doesn't care about her children. But she is not vile, inhuman. She treats Ashley's wife with genuine respect, truly cares about Ashley.

RK comes across as a shrewd lady who finds loopholes in Rono emon's relationship and plays with them. She is subtle. She tries to widen the gap. She becomes desperate when badshah comes back because she will lose her chances. Thats why fake pregnancy. There also she played on Emons trust on Rono. Later, when she saw that things are futile, she tried to adjust and learn to accept. But that took toll on her mental health. The ideal situation would have been to stay separate from Rono. But she doesnt have confidence in her own abililty to stay away from him. She should have give a chance to herself there.

Here Pakhi is ruined beyond damage in AJ's kand. RK had tears in her eyes when Emon committed suicide. Here she gloated. The surrogacy made her criminal. Thats why Virat standing by her comes across as betrayal to Sai. If she had been RK, Virat's support for her to get over her illness is natural progression of their relationship as friends and family member. But here making Pakhi cruel took away the scope of seeing Virat's actions towards her in a positive light. It is unbelievable that he married her. It makes you squirm.

Similarly they ruined to show Virat's feelings for Sai clearly by making jagtap - sai as a couple. That is another low. Another extreme. But may be they are drawing parallels here. By questioning Sai-Jagtap, they are asking us to think why Virat married Pakhi? How come? Is there something else? Otherwise bringing Sai-Jagtap is absurd. Anyways, if they have shown Jaggy's redemption, then there is no point keeping pakhi negative. So I believe now she is positive but not strong enough to accept her fate, that Virat can never be hers.

@sadhika... I agree. Character growth is required. Especially, pakhi's character growth. Otherwise, it'll be extremely repetitive.

Though, i will understand her insecurities after sai comes back and starts getting more importance. It should be limited just to that but with more growth. Showing her character being the same, even after all this time is so repetitive. Especially, yes experiencing 'death' of a family member.

Especially when she was already repenting and had come out of the jail.

What is the use of her talk with her alter ego in jail? That'll be a waste too.

About sai melting in CN, that's what I'm saying. She will melt. She will when she finds out what the family and virat has been through.

She had no support but she stayed strong and overcame the struggles, which is good. But, a family does it together. Something that mohit said today.

The main point is, what now? Suppose she becomes positive and unites sairat, but what then? They're not going to show her being positive and then sairat solving their own issues.

She either has to die or stay grey for the story to move forward. Grey is again repetitive.

I feel, vankar is trying to bring back the initial ghum with more spice.

I'd love the shruti track also with virat going after sai again. After he melts down on seeing sai's goodness and she starts ruling his heart but keeping herself distant due to his marriage with pakhi.

I've said this before, saying it again,

PAKHI AFFECTS SAI AND HER THOUGHTS VERY MUCH.

I guess, we all are aware of that. Earlier also she used to stay away from Virat due to pakhi's manipulation and also virat's promise to pakhi.

Something similar will happen here again.

Pakhi is also a catalyst.

But, if this keeps repeating then Where's the growth.

We know that pakhi has to free Virat. For sairat to REUNITE.

One more thing, you've described pakhi's state well. She's exactly like this, CURRENTLY. But the problem with ghum is that characters are inconsistent and characters become a puppet in the hands of TRP.

THEY FLIP AND USE THEM ACCORDINGLY. And character arc is compromised.

After 600 episodes, I finally understand what Pakhi is supposed to be😔..otherwise she was a blackbox to me..the way she is written in Ghum😆

@red Yes they made Pakhi so criminal & cruel that this predicament that Virat & Pakhi are in right now earns them no sympathy. Infact, it increases audience anger against both of them.

She will not unite SaiRat per say. She will move away. SaiRat were not separated in heart. She will realize it and move away. The problem is not pakhi in SaiRat's equation in my opinion. The problem is the equation of SaiRat when Pakhi comes in between. Will she effect their relationship or not?

Thats why I keep saying virat's marriage to Pakhi is a huge thing that Virat has to come clean with. He has to prove to Sai that even death nor the proximity (to the extent of seeing her intimately during delivery) will effect his decisions or his mind. Family forcing him to be with Pakhi also will not effect him. Pakhi sacrificing her life to CN family and making their business reach heights also will not melt him..He will remain Sai's. WIll he be able to prove that? Rono remained one. Though there family didnt support RK.

Here they are showing extremes, so better he come out clean...Imagine Sai's reaction when she knows he was not touched by any of the above things! 🤗. Thats the sairat they should serve us ideally.

And then start the next track without any closure of the previous track.

Shruti track , Virat spoke to everyone in the hall but never spoke to Sai about why he did that etc.

This is happening post mimo. Before that they dedicated one full episode on the leads talk during Pulkit handhold etc.

Endgame kaise hoga .. when you are getting reunited again by chance . You are not soulmates .. you don’t even understand each other ..

After P dies .. there will be some other crack in their relationship.. and virat will cheat her further .. for the show to run they will always keep the pati patni woh angle

It’s not ideal .. it’s a Virat who has used Pakhi for his own benefit .. he is no less evil than her

I don’t want to see Sai living in that house .. even kinjsl left it with her 1 day old baby .. why should Sai go back there
