ya Rishabh did a lot for Preeta for everyone but they made him so selfless he came across like a do-gooder doing samaj seva and not a man doing something for the woman he loves...I mean yeah we know he loves preeta coz we were specifically told that, thats why people became Rishta fans but unlike viewers Preeta didnt see this, he was always too nice to express he wants her...to her he came across a real nice friend doing something nice without asking anything in return...He was written too respectful, too selfless, too shy, too nice...Chicks do not dig too nice...In tv world the goody goody boys never get the girl, they become bestie and see the girl fall for someone else...and that is exactly what happened...They never wrote Rishabh such a way that he would be any real competition for karan...mainly coz he was always too selfless to want someone or something for himself and get it...

Karan on the other hand was shown reacting always...mostly reacting wrong but reacting anyways...not being a good Samaritan at all and going after what he wants...be it loving Preeta, or saving her, or being jerk to her or throwing her out or doing anything good or bad or worst...I guess this made sure Preeta or anyone cud never take him for granted, while Rishabh's character sketch made sure everyone took him for granted always...

In real world though girls would choose neither brothers...Guy like Rishabh would make you feel he is some mahaan devta, too good for you, you would find urself unable to form any personal connection with him...girls absolutely hate is if her man all cool seeing her close to another guy, if he is not little bit jealous insecure immature it makes u think they don't care deeply...

Guy like Karan on the other hand would probably make u want to murder him...he would be too immature, too insecure, too much jerk, make you want to murder him and you would divorce him soon...

So in real life both are bad choice...

In real life , we actually don't get such guys in the first place 🤣🤣🤣

Rishab too good. Difficult to get this type.

Karan too opposite.

Usually we get is a mixture of both. So it would be balanced.

As for me, i still prefer rishab trails as i would want a mental peace throughout my marriage life

I feel it depends in the woman's choice. What type of partner she desires.

But men like karan difficult to accept still comparatively to rishab.

Itvs don't have endgame. The starcast eventually dies and generation leap takes place. If shraddha gets pregnant and takes an exit , will affect storyline as well. If shakti has some personal reasons to leave, would be the same. Also similar with manit . If he quits for other projects.

Starcast availability also is another reason.

you’ve summed it up so well. Preeran aren’t just toxic, they’re unbearable together. At least for me. That’s why I could never connect with them no matter the nok jhok and stuff. I’ve always been drawn to Rishab’s silent yet strong person. I like people that are level headed. He’s AMAZING!!!!! I will always love him.

But I’m really really really fed up with the slowpoke growth in the story and how the writers generally handle RishTa.

Rishabh never learnt to cease the moment.

Initially he was shown as this serious person the entire family listened to and invariably he had the final say.

Yes he had his lighter moments with the family but they never took him for granted.

Now he is the guy who listens to everyone and gets steamrolled, taken for granted.

Earlier there was a balance in his character now he is too soft and sometimes he just exasperates you.

First is the annoying rondu bg music they give him.

Then ofcourse his Preetaji, he used to call her Preeta in the initial episodes. Usually people go from ji to drop the ji. Apna Rishabh is on a reverse trajectory.

Yes, I get it Mahesh still calls his wife Rakhiji but that ji creates a big barrier between Rishta honestly.

His blind faith on his Preetaji.

I mean this was the guy who broke his friendship and cut off all relations with Preeta when she refused to believe him as he made it clear that this was not fair to him and their relationship.

Can we get that Rishabh back please?

I miss that Rishabh. He didn’t create a scene, didn’t scream but the way he stood up for himself, wow.

The spark he had when confronting Sherlyn, where has it gone?

Now the poor guy is so much starved of love from his family, that the smallest thing makes him so grateful.

Kal ka aaya hua Arjun keeps picking up a fight with his wife, puts her down, his family sides with Arjun, at what point will he snap and just believe that he deserves to be loved and treated with respect and not taken for granted.

I was never keen on Rishta.

I thought we will get the good mature guy’s love story with the younger bubbly Shrishti. Sameer came and stayed, good as Shrishti is now as annoying as Preeta.

Then post Preeran first marriage, thought maybe they will go for Sherlyn Rishabh. Sherlyn ultimately falling for the good guy Rishabh.

Nope, that didn’t happen.

Now he is stuck with, I mean married to Preeta.

To be very fair to both characters Rishabh saw Preeta as his duty and he promised they will only be friends. Preeta saw him as a friend who is the best dad to her daughter.

So if both didn’t fall or have some attraction to each other in the last 3 years then there really is no hope for that relationship. My problem is not that one or both didn’t fall for each other.

My problem is the blatant whitewashing worshiping of Karan as the best husband, son, brother etc when he created so much trouble for them.

All that is forgetton so easily and even now he does not seem to have changed at all.

Post leap the focus is on Preeta mourning for Karan, correct me if I am wrong I have not seen a single member maybe Kareena appreciate Rishabh for holding the family together, taking care of Preeta and kavya.

Rakhi telling the Panditji in Rishta bedroom that this is Preeta’s bedroom and I want all her dreams to come true. What about Rishabh?

Rishabh used to have so many excellent scenes with Mahesh, Beeji, Sarla, Kareena, Shrishmeer some light moments and the rest emotional and serious moments.

Post leap I don’t remember a good scene of Rishabh. He is just there to fulfill everyone’s demands.

I want Rishta divorce and Preejun to unite. If they can bring in a new one for Rishabh absolutely great.

I just want Preeta out of Rishabh’s life.

The only reason I am keen on Anjali is she is the only option available now, lol.

The screentime he is currently getting with Preeta they can easily substitute it with his love story.

Unlike Prithlyn’s truth, they can’t drag Karan’s truth longer as they can’t show the FL getting attracted to her first husband when she is currently married to a gem of a person beyond a point.

Best way out, reveal Karan’s truth, unite Preejun, set Rishabh free to have his own love story.

Preejun can’t run the show on their own. They need Rishabh except instead of a triangle the writers need to come up with a love story which will be welcomed and loved by the audience.

Rishabh deserves a happy love story of his own. It doesn’t matter which actress he is paired with. All 3 started as not that popular actors and things turned around for them.

If Manit is offered this storyline where Rishabh is paired with Anjali or anyone else*cough* Chavi, then he should seize it.

If given good scenes I am sure both the actors will be able to create another popular Jodi in the show.

I keep wondering will Preeta really find it easy to go back to the guy ( I am not even going to refer to how he treated her most of the time as she seems to have forgotten & forgiven that part) who believed that she had an affair with Rishabh, didn’t tell the rest of the family he is alive and let them suffer in pain, was responsible for Rishabh’s accident, hiding from Nidhi that he got his memory back and will be undecided about his current fiancée in future as the entire family will be grateful to Nidhi and Anjali for saving Karan’s life and the usual suspects will side with them and ditch Preeta as usual.

Plus there is Kavya and Rishabh’s bond as father & daughter.

This is what they should be focused on Preeta deciding between Arjun & Rishabh, Rishabh dealing with the thought of losing kavya and Arjunndeciding between Preeta, Nidhi, Anjali, Snigdha and so on…

Tuned in after ages to kundali bhagya. Wth is happening?? Has everyone including preeta and that useless family forgotten that preeta is married to rishabh?

I don't find these nok-jhok scenes cute or funnny. How is no one remembering that preeta is now married and should not be flirting with this karan-arjun who is proposing to her, dancing with her and tying her dori....

How is the audience ok with this amar prem romance when the girl is already married and to a pretty good guy i might add

But anyway since Arjun is Karan and he was her husband before accident, isnt the situation like Arjun is her first husband and Rishabh her 2nd and she is married to both right now🤪who knows whats right😆 kkb and kdb people seem to love the idea of having 2 spouses at the same time🤣

I think why people are ok with arjun preeta scenes is because..preeta has not accepted rishab as her husband yet..they are only friends..arjun is karan n still preeta loves karan.

preeta - rishabh relationship should end before starting preeta-arjun/karan .... as karan-preeta marriage is null as karan was declared dead... and preeta is married to rishabh currently... she is his legal wife.

until disclosing karan/arjun suspense they should keep that preran nok-jok limited to family room only or only for kavya ... not too personal or at the level of flirting !

I want rishabh with some crush from old time or someone who loved him ..... who can be a real life partner who actually loves him... does not use for own benefit only 😊
