I came here to say that I felt so sad for Raavi towards the end of the episode 😭 the whole Pandya Pariwaar is selfish. Everyone thinks of themselves first! No one cares to celebrate her success instead is worried about their own needs. When Rishita got a job, everyone had ‘samosa party. Here Raavi bought food with her own money, she was called money spender now that she is earning 😭

Trust is lacking from day 1 for Shivi and no matter how much they love each other, they tend to hurt each other with words in anger. Shiva is bail buddhi and sometimes Raavi’s actions comes across as dobi but that’s because she is naive and trusts and love people easily.

What is her fault in wanting a family who accepts her wholeheartedly? Unfortunately Shiva’s insecurities won’t go away that easily neither Raavi’s needs of wanting to be part of Pandya family.

Raavi and Shiva are right in their own way however I would really like Shivi to have conversation and not let anger come in way to solve their misunderstanding.

As Dharamaata is on her way back to get on track, we will again see Raavi apologising eventually but I just hope she doesn’t give up her identity and carries on with her SM work.

Agree. But our adbhut writers and makers will always make Raavi dobi and Shiva as bailbudhi.

The problem thst can be solved easily makers will make it complicated to butcher yhe characters of shivi.

1st marriage was forced but 2nd was love marriage. They can easily talk and trust confined in each other to solve sny problems. As both were supporting each other.

But nahi makers ko aata ki kya hai. Mu and seperation 😡😡

Can actors of this show erase word ‘chhota’ from their vocabulary?

This attitude they show if Suman is prevelant in society anywhere!
Infact chhota shehar businesssfamilies like Pandyas , other working families have better balance of men-women all managing home+business collectively.

where as working women of ‘bada shehar’ working class still have to be shown as ‘multitasker Devi’ to justify the hustle of waking up early, making breakfasts, prep & packing lunches,
Pushing kids to school, going to work , coming back- dinner- homework- all’

All while all husband of bada shehar working class/ middle/ high class does is job/business/ watch tv/ play cricket/ go out!
Cliches are not always one size fits all in realitiy.

There are abusive-angsty equations in chhota-bada shehar all.

Similarly there are supportive, coexisting & growing families in chhota-badaa shehar all!

If it had been Dhara or Rishita asking for water, everyone would run around, scramble to get a big jug of water, let alone a cup. Even Suman would be racing to the Kitchen herself.

Anyway it is futile to expect anything sensible from these writers, they always put down other characters to show one or 2 characters to be right always and Raavi has taken the most brunt of it.

Why do these writers think it is ok for Rishita to taunt Raavi on a daily basis and no one even calls her out. The other day when Raavi came in support of Dhara after she yelled at Kirti for which Rishita took offense, Rishita asked Raavi to stay out of her and Dhara’s business but what right does Rishita have to complain about what Raavi does or does not do, act holier than thou and expect everyone to do be at her beck and call. Who the f*** is she to call Raavi, stupid?

Why are the writers encouraging such dialogues, attitude and show it is ok to be like Rishita and justify her actions, her rude/snide remarks, her taunts as if she is the Queen Bee.

Both are married into the family, it is not that Rishita owns the house, letting others live there that everyone should quietly put up with her abuse. When Raavi gives it back to Rishita, sometimes, Dhara promptly stops her and yells at Raavi, which is even worse,

Why is this show unable to show equality amongst bahus? Why are the writers thinking who are all from bade shehar so small and petty? I would understand if this show was fetching off the charts TRPs to keep showing 3rd rahe drama for high TRPs even that is not happening, toh kis baat ki ye choti soch? 😔

Would any of you be ok if your Bhabi or Devrani, yelled or made fun of you, belittled you, dismissing your talent and your earnings?

Unpopular opinion but I have seen my mum go through what Raavi is going through but that was number of years ago and I thought people’s thinking would’ve moved on and we are not from small towns but established city, but no!

As long as the makers show positive outcome then good but PS experience tells me that once Dhara takes over the track, Raavi’s success track will be forgotten/sidelined too 😭

People with Suman kind of mentality still exist. beyond chhota/bada shehar- Countries boundaries. So yes, many viewers will see connect here.

My Mil is such. And I do witness such reactions, words, indirects every so often.

Though My reactions are different , my Pati’s reactions are wayyyyyy different than shown of Men of PS so far.

I Loled at my Sasuma’s reaction at y’day’s episode: she can be termed shiva ki diwani w/ her justifications. matches ditto like many young ones on tt!!!
though she was unsettled at Raavi being singled out. She firmly believes Pandyas harras this girl because she is orphan.

It was my MiL who pointed: Rishita got car, which was much more than 1.5 lakh. No one was shocked , instead all went for ride. She also pointed out samosa party by Dhara.

And gombi printing Rishita’s poster against competition in Shiva.
She felt gombi should have stayed & eat food Raavi ordered, and not sulk the way he did saying bahar khaa loonga! Ye bhi toh bahar se hi aaya tha.
She remembers Rishita bringing fruits & Gombi hogging on them too😄

Honestly, Creatives better tread this wisely! Showing Raavi all wrong is not going to work for viewers. Suman us enough for taunts. Shiva should stand by Raavi, supporting her, his brothers supporting her will work better at this point.

Suman takes Raavi for granted as Rishita knows how to give back to Suman plus she is from rich family. Rishita is allowed to slap and taunt Dev but not Raavi.

Precap is a good example about different treatment of DILs.

So Raavi gets a job offer and looks like she takes it up, no wonder Suman, Shiva, Rishita, Dhara’s BD ( guessed it from her back profile) all looked pissed when Raavi asked Shiva for water😆 Now I get it, this family is a lost cause forever. It is a big misfortune that Raavi willingly married into this family and has been paying the price since the day she stepped in

Looking forward to another episode without BhabiMa 😆

Shweta scenes looks fillers to me until BhabiMa comes back and finds her to reunite Chikoo with her and get another Mahanta award to add to her collection 😆
