I know this is sarcasm, but I still remember how people dismissed Ranveer off before the release of BBB looking at the posters and cut outs. "Arre, ise Yashraj ki picture kaise mili, Arre isi ne fund kiya hoga yeh movie ko etc."

In retrospect, if he or his dad actually put money in a project like BBB, I'll call them visionaries and they need to do more such investments because movies like BBB come once in a blue moon.

Exactly, she is so famous and well known that we only got to know about her because of ranveer😆She is so influential in the industry that yrf must have heard her name and instantly offered ranveer a movie 😆

So what's the narrative that people want to stick with? Did his grandmother get him his debut or did his dad pay for it? Because people seem to be quite undecided on this one 😆
