He was demanding that from Priya, right?? Forget Ram, why didn't police themselves after arresting MS and Vikram, later on arrest MM as false witness is a punishable crime.

On top of everything, MM is part of every function, every jalasa but not once has she tried explaining Priya whether she was forced or manipulated to give witness, not once has she helped her daughter and grand-daughter in any financial or emotional way, not once she tried to find where both were.

Ishaan's character doesn't make sense in one aspect. Banda is not reflecting on his murderer father at all. A disillusionment about your loved parent is hugely traumatic but writers have lost this completely.

Ishan is only thinking Priya maasi took blame for him but he does not even once think he was wrong in picking up fight with Shivina in first place.

The leap has butchered the storyline and the characters both.

The merger epi was good both stories used properly. Ram-Pallavi & Nikhil-Priya scenes were good it was more of a solution to their current chaos of life. Ram needs to move on from his past & Priya needs to distance from the problem. Overall a good merger actually & for the first time it was good

Well! Why did he mix up the cake recipe with fish curry recipe? Shivina was brash, yes! But he was no lesser!

My point was that he does not in anyway reflect on the incidents that happened. That's where his repentance become single dimensional and loses depth of character.

While we will continue to introspect RaYa, I wanted to talk about Akki today. He was a very sweet character but was wasted in this show. He might have just been Priya's cousin but he cared more about her than her own sisters. And maybe the only one who kept Priya above his own happiness. And the only sensible one in the Sood family despite not being a Sood. He loved Shivina but he knew at 24 without a stable job, it is not the right time to marry Shivi. Even though Shivi was a Kapoor whose brother could have secured a life for him and his future generations if required. But he put his foot down knowing he was not ready and though it broke his heart, he was willing to let her move on. Still when Shivi eloped from her sangeet, he did not ask her to go away. He stood by her against her family and agreed to marry her only coz the Kapoor family put pressure on him. First Ram, who only cared about what Shivi wanted and then Nandu who was concerned that her unwed daughter could be pregnant. If Nandu was concerned about Shivi marrying into the wrong family, how come she was ready to get rid of Shivi just coz she found out she might be pregnant? This only shows Nandu never truly cared about Shivi.

Akki was just a cousin and while he can be grateful to the Soods for letting him stay in their house, am sure he too contributed to the family in whatever little capacity he could. Yet he thought about Priya's happiness and wanted to ensure Priya was settled in her life. The love and devotion he had for Priya is unparalleled in the show. Even when he was accused of having molested by the entire Kapoor clan, he never fought back once the truth was out. He could have given Ram and Shivi a hard time but he forgave them whole heartedly. Despite knowing Vedu's truth, Sara did nothing but Akki did not hesitate before giving Vedu back and show her true face. He was a man who valued his self respect but yet for the sake of his wife, he stayed back in Kapoor mansion. Its not easy to deal with a wife like Shivi and I can say this coz one of my close friend acts like a baby 😆 She is a sweetheart but she is a pampered brat. So I know its not easy to deal with such a person but thankfully her husband has the patience of a monk and he is level headed.

The only mistake he probably made was not tell Shivi the truth about her money minded family when he moved back to Sood house and what they thought of him. Shivi kinda had an inkling that her mom and brother are selfish. She might have believed him. But still he might have hid it coz he did not want Shivi to know the worst side of her own family.

Everyone felt bad when RaYa got separated. But what of Akki? Poor guy lost his wife forever, never to see her again. What's worse he was denied the right of a husband to do her final rites. I wish Akki's character was still in the show. Coz when the truth comes out, Ram owes him an apology. I don't care if he doesn't apologise to Priya (only if Priya also does not apologise to him 😆) coz both have made their fair share of mistakes but he needs to repent for what he did to Akki.

Waise ram the actual bhagwan didn't punish his ex wife ka family, how mahan is that. He let the jobs be, it's just he tried to ruin sara ka happiness. He was probably fine with priya being in jail and away.

I wonder how many contracts were over after the leap with Balaji production. MS, Varun in jail.... Shashi came out safe telling Ram, he wasn't part of it and he has given all proofs to police.... Another kaand in long list of pending kands.

Shashi, Sid, Raj...... all have disappeared. Fine no issues! Bring Akki back...... Show him checking Shivi's mobile and gets all the messages....and then proves his innocence to Ram!
