Fatejo should not happen until and unless they handle Tejo's trauma properly. They undermine everything which happens to her and throw a boulder at her before she recovers from the first one. Like she's this simple person who wanted to teach and stay in Punjab and make society a better place. Then her family pimps her for kanneda, she accepts that relationship, and it turns out a fraud, she's broken. Then she's thrown into another forced marriage where she's abused the first day, verbally she's getting screamings everyday, she still fulfills every duty, for a while it's going actually ok, then she's neglected and gaslighted and one day almost killed. Then she finds out that two people whom she loved most, are cheating on her. Then her husband keeps his mistress in her bedroom, insults her, puts her down and the only thing he doesnt is physical abuse. Then she leaves but then her bff gets obsessed with her and she's to comeback again. Now ex decided he's in love with her, so they get back together but their past issues are too much. She hides J truth and that ends her one marriage which she's actually looking for in another humiliating ceremony. Make matters worse now her MMS is leaked and her ex husband is calling her a gold digger. Then another forced marriage.

At this point it;s a surprise she has not turned into Harley quinn and started killing ppeople for fun

Fatejo need intense therapy... In any case I don't think she can trust him ever like she used to. That blind faith pre ema, it's gone.

And if Tejo became wiser and smarter(which I hope she does), she'll also realise, f all these people I deserve way better than this nonsense. She'd drop every relationship in her life, there's too much trauma and pain with all of them

I do understand the EMA affected her real bad and all but after that Fateh did so much for redemption and she did accept him isn't it? He never forced her to. After that she should have just trusted him or been upfront with him in case of doubt though honestly there should have been no scope for doubt in the first place.

It always irked me that her first go-to person was always angad, even for breaking her pregnancy!

I used to think Tejo's love is soo much for Fateh that he can't live her back that way...but i was wrong and take my words back... Tejo cannot love Fateh the way he does... unconditionally

Also diskliked her during that whole phase where anagad ji was a priority above all, she has always blindly trusted wrong people, the same way she blindly though Fateh had actually moved on from jasmine within weeks, the same way she believed jasmine and started pushing Fateh into that world again (gippy). Me too especially after all those promise phere knowing fully well she was hiding such a huge thing from him which ruined his brother's life completely to the extent of pushing him over the brink and almost dying and for whom??? the conniving lying selfish-to-the-core Jasmine?? She knew all this but fateh calling off the engagement after feeling wronged and betrayed immediately after the phere promises was wrong and she held that against himand still does??? wah wah!

But padma she did try to have an adult confrontation, but fateh simply started to beat angad up. Honestly I absolutely do not believe at least people like us will give someone like Fateh, who gets so physical so quickly any serious thought. i dont care about heart or anything, I'mma call cops on someone like him.

Whatever redemption he did was his own as a person. He never addressed the pain and trauma he caused her. He just came like, oops i made a mistake, but i love you, take me back. Did he have any explanations about how he insulted her, or taunted her or cheated on her just after sleeping with her?

Did he force her, nope. But he did continue to beg to be with her until she gave up. She said no, and he'll still continue asking next day.

How's she supposed to trust a guy who refuses to take any accountability, any responsibility, and can't think straight, and points fingers at her character regularly?

Also compare all that to Angad, while the audience definitely got some red flags Tejo did not. In fact until he started fire he was the person who had hurt her least, and no I am not ignoring anything be it the kidnapping attempt or even when he proposed her. He was a good friend for her and she trusted him enough to go away with him. Should she just completely cut off a friend for no other reason than her BF is jealous?

Her promise breaking was a terrible thing. I said this back then as well. Hiding the truth as well (while it was not permanent, she told jasmine she should say it herself, or she will. It wasn't like she said, oh its ok, you changed, now we'll hide it)

But not that big that F would break up. Especially like that, publicly humiliating her, and after sleeping with her. And he doesn't even break up with her, after insulting her, breaking up in front of entire village, just like jasmine he wants her again. And was ready to go and sort out with an ice cream...

She thought jasmine changed, just like fateh. At that point she'd forgiven BOTH. It's not like she's playing ringa ringa roses with jamsine while shooing fateh away.

And she did not feel wronged. Even after he breaks the roka, she apologizes again and again. What makes her mad is when he calls her a gold digger.

Tejo is a simple character, naive, silly foolish. But one thing she kept intact in every situation was her honor, integrity, and self respect. Her morality is all she has. She's one of those very old fashioned, almost mythical characters for whom morality is beyond everything. For someone like that, being called a gold digger, a wh#re, a two timer is the worst thing in the world. Why would she not hold that against him.
