Bollywood stars are more careful about their image nowadays?

Do you think Bollywood stars are more careful about their image in the public eye nowadays? Especially in this age of social media and trolling culture.

I seriously can't imagine anyone being as unconventional as say a Neena Gupta was in her time, having a child out of wedlock, or someone being openly a homewrecker like Sridevi was.

I'm not saying they have become all goody-goody, all I'm saying is Bollywood stars are more calculating nowadays.

Do you agree?

They have been diplomatic since forever, part of their business and all. But I do miss those 90s times with those magazines publishing catfights between actresses, and other controversial stuff without much filter, industry at that time was more raw, ab baaki to chhodo trolls hi kaccha chaba jaate hain agar kuch aisi waisi statement dete hain ye log to Homewrecking, cheating wagarah to ab bhi chalta rehta hai waise, but more subtly.

People don't care about cheating, homewrecking etc in this day n age..

most celebrity mrgs end up in divorce, EMAs r common place, finding love again is easy ..even exes stay friends, with eachother and their current partners..it's not like earlier days when they would avoid crossing eachother's paths.

People have stopped judging celebs based on this.. instead we judge their acting, general knowledge, statements, intelligence and all such trivial stuff

I think PR has become more cutthroat these days, so image is carefully curated. People like even Akshay are waging PR wars, and with the nepo kids, Ananya & Sara's PR keeps lashing out at each other..etc.

Definitely for sure the rise of stars with a general negative tone towards them (like Rekha) isn't so easy now

The cheaters + homewreckers keep their family image out in the open + lots of NDAs. Casting Couch is still a thing for almost all actresses/some actors (although it's gotten better) but the issue is less talked about now.

I feel like now in days many of the actors don’t even want to act, they all are like influencers.
