Noina’s demand shocks Tulsi at the chawl

The episode opens at the chawl, where Tulsi and the girls are getting ready to leave for the inauguration of the new factory. As Vaishnavi and the others prepare to step out, Noina arrives unexpectedly and asks to speak to Tulsi in private. Tulsi sends the girls ahead and stays back.

Noina wastes no time and orders Tulsi to shift to Shanti Niketan. Taken aback by her commanding tone, Tulsi questions the reason. Noina explains that Suhani has returned to Mumbai and, according to Babji, Tulsi and Mihir are still together. She insists that Tulsi must move into Shanti Niketan to avoid confusion.

Tulsi firmly refuses, making it clear that she will not leave the chawl or accept orders. Noina then taunts her, reminding her how years ago Tulsi was Mihir’s wife while Noina was only his business partner. She adds that the roles have now changed. Tulsi responds sharply, reminding Noina that she is not Mihir’s wife yet. The exchange leaves the air heavy with unresolved rivalry.

Pari and Ajay cross paths again

At a school playground, Pari and Ajay unexpectedly come face to face while accompanying their children for a rhymes class. Their interaction remains formal and restrained. Ajay briefly recalls the past, and Pari apologises for everything that happened earlier. Ajay tells her he has moved on.

The moment takes an awkward turn when Garima complains about another child. Soon after, the child’s mother arrives and apologises to Garima and Pari. She casually asks if Pari and Ajay are a couple. Both deny it immediately.

The woman then recognises Ajay as her former schoolmate and begins chatting with him. Pari quietly walks away, visibly unsettled. Though she says nothing, her discomfort hints at lingering emotions she is unwilling to acknowledge.

Factory inauguration brings old tensions back

At the new factory, Mihir and Tulsi sign the MOU, sealing the partnership. A brief, unspoken romantic moment follows, noticed by everyone present. Noina quickly intervenes and pulls Mihir aside, saying she understands how difficult it is for him to work with Tulsi. She suggests calling off the deal.

Mihir calmly tells her that the agreement has already been signed and cannot be reversed. He then sarcastically compares Noina with Tulsi, telling her that Tulsi can never beat her. Noina takes the remark as validation, unaware of the deeper irony.

Soon after, Dev arrives at the factory with Suhani, leaving everyone shocked. Suhani meets Tulsi and speaks to her politely. Noina later reveals to Mihir that she deliberately asked Dev to bring Suhani so she could meet Tulsi. Mihir once again responds with a sarcastic compliment.

The episode moves to the factory inauguration ceremony. Vallabh Bhai and the workers welcome Tulsi warmly, expressing relief that she is back and saying that everything will now fall into place. Noina watches silently, her discomfort evident.

Tulsi performs a small pooja and makes a swastik at the factory entrance. However, Suchu suggests that Noina should cut the ribbon since she is also a business partner. Noina steps forward and cuts the ribbon, leaving Tulsi and the Virani family visibly unhappy.
