I thoroughly enjoyed the movie!! It's actually one of my favorites along with Sooraj Barjatya's other films: Maine Pyaar Kiya, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun, and Hum Saath Saath Hain. loved them as well got them all on dvd š³š³
A few weeks before Vivah came out, I hadn't even heard of the movie. I happened to be browsing through the T.V. channels when I heard about it. I knew i was going to enjoy it after i found out that Sooraj Barjatya's was making the film yeh sometimes you know that because you like a director hes pretty good when he makes movies š³..i actually just ordered the dvd because i loved the title and heard good things about it
About the storyline, well, i fell in love with prem and poonam as a couple. I hope i'm not sounding stupid when i say this, but i would want to have a love story similar to that of prem and poonam. also, the songs in the movie are all in hindi and although they were different from the current music trends, i really enjoyed them.i get what you saying its romantic in a different way and who wouldn want a guy like sooraj-jis prems lol thats why they are loved soo much...i loved the couple as well especially the understandingš[/QUOTE]
