Unrequited love

These are just random thoughts after seeing Virat and Sai's pain yesterday. Thought of sharing it after few friends asked me to open it for wider audience.

Just the thought that Sammy has to die with unrequited love is so heartbreaking. He listened to his family for arranged marriage, and fell for the girl on the day of match making meetup and loved the girl ever since giving her chances, getting rejected again and again. By the time, she started to feel a bit in whatever capacity he had to leave. Such an empty chapter!

If Sai will blame herself for calling him to pick her up, Virat will blame the day where he did not reveal the truth about him and Pakhi. Lets us go back in past.

Virat would not have married Pakhi, nor Samrat would have. Both will not be able to marry a girl the other brother fell for. So they both would have given up Pakhi. Samrat would have eventually married someone else.

Even then Virat would have still married Sai and Jagtap would still have pursued her, resulting in the same end. Because there is no other way Sai would have been safe other than to marry Virat at that point of time. right? Even if Virat had just enrolled her in a hostel, he would have been overseeing her safety gaining wrath from Jagtap. May be Samrat would not have been killed(?) With Jagtap around there is a danger always either for Sai, Virat or anyone involved with them.

The painful point is Samrat went away with a gaping hole in his heart. If he had few years of loving marriage, atleast the initial heartbreak would have healed, and his heroic death to save Sai would be remembered. But now, his death leaves such a painful feeling in everyone's heart!!

Sai will feel more worser than Virat because Jagtap is linked to her past. Virat will feel worser because he was the reason for Samrats unhappy marriage. While one takes the blame for his physical death, one will blame himself for his unfulfilled life. It is not just physical love persay but love/support from your partner. Virat who has experienced such a love from Sai after his initial heartbreaks with her, will understand Samrat's heartbreak more. It will torture him.

What Sai and Virat will feel looking at Pakhi is that she finally started to move on and now she was left alone. I hope here they should have same understanding. I mean Sai should not feel guilty for Pakhi's situation. She should feel pity. I am sure Virat has already washed his hands off Pakhi. He told her clearly, he would not have married her ever. So they need to show Sai to have the same understanding as well. Otherwise, it doesnt make sense.

In short, what Sai and Virat might feel now for Samrat is something unfathomable hurt. It is not fair in any sense. His life is too short lived and unfulfilled. This will take a toll on them, especially now when they fully know what love from spouse is and starting their own little family.

In all honesty Virat is in the thinking that she and samrat have been in a happy marriage since the time of their Pooja for which he locked Sai in the room:

Even in their dosti track, when S discussed the point that P is not over him, he laughed at S for her ridiculous assumptions when she was bang on. So he will be very clueless about samrakhi state of marriage; it’s true he didn’t give AF about pakhi, but in his head they have always had a happy marriage

May be. But last two episodes and the night of Sai's 24 hour call, Virat was only aware that they started off their relationship. It is not physical love per say, whether they did it or not but the companionship which he shares with Sai is not there with Sammy, yet.
Also entire family thinks they just started. This writeup is my feelings on how I think Sai and Virat might feel knowing the status of samrakhi's relationship from his own mouth yesterday. Mostly Virat will feel bad in this respect, while Sai will feel bad for the death itself.

Yeah I am not saying they will show it. I got moved by the emotions in last two episodes and thought this is how sai and virat might feel. Even I felt like that seeing Samrat.

I don't see the episode but still thanks for tagging me and valid points.

First of all virat and Sai in guilt is expected in their point of view...Sai Samrat relationship was more deep atleast from time jagtap entered and he really stood by her in tough times along with virat..

Next coming to pakhi what i feel is her devasting behaviour too let's say a wife will behave same way ..but somehow unable to connect her for what all she did...with Samrat ..

Virat in agony as he thinks he s responsible for pakhi samrat marriage and day he married he was never happy which virat never thought second is virat wife and his unborn child was saved by samrat.?that guilt will be for life long same goes to Sai.

Overall it's complicated but still virat Sai are strong character

Right now he s also clueless about what Sai is going through and didn't comfort her after JM came home. He also didn't provide her police protection. He was more caring towards her in GC before marriage. Maybe marriage makes PPL take spouse for granted.

They are inconsistent in showing families thoughts about samrakhi and even Virat’s thoughts. Ideally, when he says we have become friends now, or every time Pakhi taunted, shouldn’t he have had a FB of Sai warning him off this, and FB of Pakhi claiming how much she likes samrat and is glad to move on with him etc that’s logical.

So from what they show to me virat just assumes what’s right there without realising the inconsistencies.
