Have yrf given up?

Why don’t they promote their movies? the last movie of theirs I remember was war..and that too coz it had hrithik …they didn’t bother promoting that too save a few customary appearances

Since then we had sandeep pinky, jayeshbai, bunty babli 2, prithviraj (coming up) and they are soo dead on the promotions and buzz
This, along with dharma were supposed to be the powerhouses in Bollywood …while dharma adapted and is with the times, yrf is stuck in early 2000s in terms of marketing 😳

From what I can recall they did promote Bunty Aur Bubli2 and definitely promoted Jayeshbai. Akshay and Manushi were promoting last week but everything seems quiet now. As far as I can tell Prithviraj has no buzz and Akshay is kind of MIA. Where is he?

Akki got covid once again during cannes. Not sure how healthy he is after recovering.

He attended one of the events a few days into the festival so he either tested negative or was asymptomatic. But maybe he’s had a relapse. I hope he feels better. He can still promote remotely though 🤷🏽‍♀️

He was at the IPL final last night waving to his fans from the upper balcony of the stadium.

It seems YRF marketing depart dont go all out on films they have no faith in. BAB2 was malkin's film and they did go all out for its promotions, yet it flopped big time. Was a horrible film.

Its just Ranveer's film that they focused less on. It's weird, he's a huge star and yet he was seen just doing the same dance moves on some dance shows. that was it

YRF lost its sheen ever since Yash Chopra passed away. Aditya Chopra and Rani will ruin whatever is left of it.

Yes they are poor at promoting their films. Perhaps they know that the end product is not good, that's why.

It was already going down when Yash let Adi take over...Even his own mother is critical of the movie choices he makes, she trashed Kill Dill n the other films Adi decided to produce saying these are not YRF movies.
