Falah means success, here it's used to mean true and lasting success or salvation as opposed to superficial fame and passing celebrity status which Momin mistakenly deems as the mark of complete success.

Yes there's significance in the names of the leads..momin is Qalb-e-Momin which Snow said, momina is the feminine noun form meaning believer, or someone who has faith.
