Just a thought. What is exactly a good TRP. India's population and ITV reach has only increased through the years. So, if it's good content the trps should also increase. Here are few numbers I recall reading

- kyunki saas bhi kabhi bahu thi - this used to enjoy trp around 13 .

- Naagin season 1 - this despite weekends night time used to have TRP of 6.

This means not only competition is more, the quality is also degrading, as the number of viewers is also increasing every year...

Also to add to what you have mentioned, we do have several OTTs where people switch to watch. Like my mom dont watch on TV but on hotstar when she feels like. so this also add to add you have highlighted.

According to Google BARC has installed “BAR-O-meters” in only over 45,000 impanelled households. In this way, some thousand viewers are surveyed in the form of justice and sampling.

I wonder how do they judge the choice of billions of people by having such a small sample size😕

Past month was all about shahs vanraj mukku and what not. Like it or not they will always be in picture but one thing which makers are doing by giving uninterrupted MaAn scenes and am thankful for that for now.

Shahs valentine celebrations are almost done today and they are brewing kaands for week ahead.

So the flirt game of these two goofball neighbours is top notch. Both don't want to go. They were standing like ek ghar k do kamro k door per khade ho.

Neighbour kapadia once again tried his luck by asking random things with exclusive 'Anu ka dil' jo wo actually me shaam ko degi. He actually demanded for it in today's evening and she without shying gave him back to wait and watch❤️

Anu is more notorious than Anuj, ye ladki poori gyi h kaam se. Mr. Karnyogi, please tell us who will leave top 2 buttons open during work or you want Anu to do something 🤦‍♀️🙊jokes apart.. His spontaneous ILU left me at shock as much as of to Anu. Reminder of the hero of Anupama. Anupama still stuck at P and teased a fully aware Anuj that I am not gonna easily say what you are trying to listen. It is completely evident that both know now that Anu loves him.

He actually baked a cake to celebrate their love with their love and decorating the cake with chocolate like the passion of love a chocolate describes..

And finally bench of confession is set to witness the most adorable sweet and intense love confession of love birds. Anu looked ethereal man.🥰🥰 And Anuj is dazed like literally. The shayari, he actually know finally the time has come to embrace his beautiful fate.

Am so eager to see tomorrow's episode like all of you. I always wanted Anu to express through dance like Anuj did through shayari. The confession looks pure and raw, I mean no layers blunt like Anu seedha dil ko choone wala ❤️❤️
