@topic maker - Hi. If you could just change the title of your post, just replace Khans with Salman and Shahrukh. You can add Hrithik if you want though.

You can add Aamir in the poll options.

This is a real defeat of this topic and insult to all new actors in the options. Does it mean none of them are as good and people gotta return to discussing same stars who have been around for 20 or 30 years?

I think he's the last superstar.

After Khans, Akshay is the biggest superstar. Hrithik could be 5th though

This is quite a weird compliment after being labeled Aamir hater few years ago for criticising Dhoom 3, his blog post on his dog, his remarks against other actors and calling Raja Hindustani an undeserving ATBB.

This forum has weird habit of throwing labels depending on the 2 posts few users see. They are unable to digest one can have different opinion on different things.

The only ones I can be accused of loving are maybe Amitabh, Hema and Sridevi but I have always defended their success, talent not their personal lives. Amitabh's real life, complicity in incitement to a pogrom and hate speeches of various other celebs made me realise no celeb is worth being much of a fan of.

I regret once defending Kangana when I took her at face value in 2016. I swore hands off being anyone's fan after regretting even watching films of certain hateful, bigoted and criminal stars who deserve to be in jail if not for their money and connections protecting them.

Arguments on BO or critical acclaim or talent are separate from persons as a whole. I do not love any celeb after seeing some of theirs' worst faces beyond films.

Finally I can give credit to Khans, Hrithik for not being bigots. That is a relief. They never abused their public figure stature.

You can take rest now and keep loving Sunil Shetty. I am glad to see someone acknowledge his stardom after nearly 3 decades.

These are the levels of stardom as far as Bollywood is concerned.

Obviously good movies will be good successes.

Naah. Not all good movies are 'obviously' good successes. Swades is a good movie but unfortunately not a success. Megastar could not save it.

Swades was long, preachy and boring. Not a good movie at all. I didn't like it. Did you like Swades?

Of course I loved it. I love message based films. And CDI, Swades are the only SRK films I liked in last couple of years.

Sorry, I disagree, I did not find the film boring. I do agree Gowariker makes lengthy films. But Swades was impactful, hence worth the time spent.

It was preachy in every minute. My India is great. My India is awesome. Come on man. We get it. We get it. You don't have to repeat and shout it again and again. The last hour with water flow and light bulb was unbearable. Meh.
