Munawar Faruqui takes a dig at Fukra Insaan after The Traitors 2 elimination: ‘Trophy jeetna hai to alliance m

Munawar Faruqui’s early exit from The Traitors Season 2 has been followed by a social media exchange with Fukra Insaan aka Abhishek Malhan. The two reality television personalities have taken indirect jabs at each other online, leading to speculation about a possible fallout.

Following his elimination, Munawar shared several posts and reels about his experience on the show. He also alleged that there was paid negative PR surrounding him. In one of his videos, he appeared to take a dig at Abhishek while discussing the reactions to his exit.

Munawar said, "Agle (show) mein aur paisa daalna padega positive karane ke liye, itna thoo thoo ho raha hai bhai."

He also pointed out that despite no longer being part of the third episode of The Traitors Season 2, contestants continued to mention his name. Soon after, a post from Fukra Insaan’s team appeared to respond to the comments. It read, "Kaun rora h bhai?"

Munawar then replied with another video, taking an apparent swipe at Abhishek’s approach to reality shows.

He said, "To doston main na bhot roya, itna roya roya...mereko ek khayal aaya rote waqt ki agar agle ko jeetne ka hai matlab agar isko chahiye trophy jeetna hai to next year Alliance mein jaye kyunki udhar na group mein khelna hota hai. Shayad jeet jaye udhar."

The exchange continued when another post from Abhishek’s account read, "Bolne de takleef hua hai bechare ko."

The comments have fuelled speculation among viewers about tension between the two. Neither Munawar nor Abhishek has directly explained whether their social media posts are part of an ongoing personal disagreement or simply banter surrounding their reality show journeys.

Why was Munawar eliminated from The Traitors 2?

Munawar became the first Innocent contestant to be eliminated from the second season. During the first Circle of Shaq, he suspected Mallika Sherawat of being a Traitor.

However, the voting turned against him, with several contestants questioning his gameplay and believing that he could be a Traitor. Munawar received the highest number of votes and was eliminated from the competition.

After his exit, he maintained that he was innocent and described the contestants as an "insecure bunch", claiming they were wary of him as a strong player.
