The doctor informs them that P has had a mild heart attack and also advices them to deal with the hospital issue quickly so that he can be stress free again. Moreover, you'd think that with age and maturity, Adi and Meera are capable of taking the right decisions. They are not in their 20's and still under the tutelage of their parents.
