Despite proven right, I would not like to gloat about it. I feel sorry for the parents, I feel sorry for the "Young adult".

While reading about all this would like to share something I read in another case.

NCB conducted a raid on School/college party couple of years back. All youngsters were caught with personal consumption quantity only. So legally they were not charged/let out on bail. But one of the middle class family was saw distraught that they disowned their Young adult and refused to get him home because of the Shame he has brought to the family.

NCB officer requested and counselled the family to take back him back. Its not late yet he can be reformed.

These are private moments which are being investigated. You can go ahead and investigate... But this has nothing to with illicit behaviour, Illicit drug trafficking. Context is important when we deal with evidentiary value.

The chats are all youthful banter. Some chit chat is happening, it is for them and not for me.

if Aryan had this chitchat/youthful banter with a Halwai, they (NCB) can assume he's talking about bulk quantity of laddoo/sweets. if florist, they can assume those chats were for flowers......and so on.

but those chats with a drug peddler. what should they assume, bulk quantity of footballs or bulk quantity of 🍿?

That is what NCB want to crack, 'what is bulk quantity'?

I really hope Aryan is proven innocent and come out clean in this case.

Yesterday Desai had upper hand in arguments.and today, it's ASG.

Original WhatsApp Chats has now been requested by Judge to be filed by NCB. Once it is filed we will know the real details.

What kind of STUPID move did Mr. Desai played today. On one hand he says, those chat transcripts can be about anything. And on the other hand He says HE HAS NEVER SEEN THOSE transcripts.

So he was so over confident, he didn't care to see those transcripts, which were already filed by NCB.

Too much over smartness brings one down. LIKE THIS !

Exactly ASG countered so many arguments made by Desai.. This chat thing was funny as well.. Desai was trying to mumble bumble around by all that aaj ka youth ka lingo.. bla bla.. ASG that chats is pretty clear to understand it doesn't even need decoding.

Good judge asked for chats now they will be on record.

Adv Desai - You are a person at the bottom of the chain, you're a person affected by the drug menace as per the Govt.'s own policy, but instead of reforming you, I will pick you up and put you in prison.

When Desai says bottom of the chain he means bottom of the drug nexus chain. NCB whole intent is to get more information on this chain. They will need further confrontation between users and peddlers/suppliers. That is the only reason NCB contesting custody.

Ultimately it will be court decision to put user in prison or let go off Bail not ASG.

Hey can I join this thread or is it invite only.. I won't comment much but I was in confusion from last few days whether aryan is a druggie or victim but reading posts proves he is druggie.. though I know most of the star kids take drugs but that depends on how frequent and how much quantity. I am not saying it is good but ...

You know despite all this I wouldn't wanna give Aryan a tag of druggie. He at best may only be an occasional drug user and has a chance to reform and get free from drugs. He has whole life ahead of him be an achiever like his father.

Where is this Bollywood today..

He has confessed of doing drugs for 4 years in the court papers.. he is in jail for it. So officially he is a druggie. I don't know why you are shying away from calling a spade a spade.

There is no need to sugercoat facts, seriously.

I'm nor sugarcoating baba I wear sugar coat.. just kidding.. its just me who don't wanna make it to be his identity. He has ample time to reform!!

When we have real criminals becoming stars and superstars.. then what we can say about him.. At the end of the day that guy didn't harm anyone other than himself.

More than half of their children are either into drugs or not at all in the bollywood limelight today.

If we make today's star with similar banner it would read;

WE LOVE DRUGS

WE HATE ARRESTS

ITS OUR LIFE....
