Personally I don't like this limbo situation.. But lets be real that's how court proceedings work. People got to experience Tareek pr Tareek for real.

Now heading over to read livelawIndia.

I've experienced Tareek pe Tareek... my cellphone was stolen, police found it... they called me to court to identify the thieves 😂... I told them had I seen the thieves I would've beaten then up... anyway, I visited the court for two years - taking days off at office. I got my cellphone back after the model had become obsolete...

I have an increased respect and faith for police and the judiciary after seeing how they treated those petty thieves, I was told every time that they have their rights and we have our processes. One of them was sent home on parole and he absconded 😂... the way the police officer used to explain me everything, it was hilarious...

Its interesting,,

Desai made the argument yesterday that in many countries these substances are even legal.

ASG countered that today with :The international convention takes a decision that all countries should take drug trafficking seriously as it is affects the society and the world

But the interesting part here is what Desai countered it with today,

Sr Adv Amit Desai- I say this as an officer of this court and citizen of this country. I don't think there can be a debate that the entire world is fighting the drug menace. We got our freedom and we must protect it and save the younger generation from the drug menace. But we must not forget that we fought for a constitution and we fought for the procedure established by law. Everything must happen as per this law.

First of all this is a complete Woah! situation.

a) You were ready to make argument a day before that these drugs are legal in some countries. Got countered with an argument that many countries are also trying to fight drug menace and Desai response is absurd..

What has Freedom to do with fighting drug menace? how is fight against drug menace related to Freedom of a country..

So you ready to look at other countries where these drugs is legal but when asked about look at countries where it is not its an attack on country freedom lol

People who are aware or experienced Tareek pe Tareek in court will be surprised at the pace this is going.. no our democracy is not in danger BJP pulling no strings here. That's how courts works For Real!

One thing for sure people will become a lot aware how the court works after this case lol. And all these Bollywood celebrities might be deleting their whatsapp chats.

Mr. Desai has made many mistakes today, maybe he was not prepared.

This particular argument by Desai was like the response girls give when asked in beauty pageants why they want to be miss universe.

So few things were clearly established today.

Admittance from Aryan Khan team that he does take drugs.

People who were shouting from their roof that Aryan was arrested for suspicion he had no drugs.. can go back to their rooms now.

Desai even said that Prosecution can charge him only for "No Possession, Admission of Consumption"

Aryan admitted he was going to take drugs on the cruise.

However even No Possession was countered by ASG

Aryan Khan knew of the possession which as per the law, this would amount to Conscious Possession.

He(Aryan Khan) is not a first time consumer. The evidence placed on record shows he is a regular consumer of contraband since last few years.

Desai: They say they are in touch with MEA and all. Well you go ahead and continue. But this allegation is inherently absurd and false.

What is this kind of conversation that the new generation is dealing with. Today's WhatsApp chats of friends can sound different.

These are private moments which are being investigated. You can go ahead and investigate... But this has nothing to with illicit behaviour, Illicit drug trafficking. Context is important when we deal with evidentiary value.

The chats are all youthful banter. Some chit chat is happening, it is for them and not for me.

if Aryan had this chitchat/youthful banter with a Halwai, they (NCB) can assume he's talking about bulk quantity of laddoo/sweets. if florist, they can assume those chats were for flowers......and so on.

but those chats with a drug peddler. what should they assume, bulk quantity of footballs or bulk quantity of 🍿?

That is what NCB want to crack, 'what is bulk quantity'?

I really hope Aryan is proven innocent and come out clean in this case.

Yesterday Desai had upper hand in arguments.and today, it's ASG.

Exactly but BHAKTS of Aryan or SRK will never read the full legal arguments of the day and will keep on shouting their throat out calling Judge is corrupt, Aryan is PURE & PIOUS, SRK is being targeted by BJP, Aryan's character is being assassinated, blah blah...

We all love SRK as an actor and as a person from whatever we have seen during his interviews, his speech, etc. But that doesn't give him or his son right to do drugs and NOT GET ARRESTED one day.

Had Judge been biased he would have immediately rejected the bail application, yesterday itself.
