Update:

ASG mentioned yesterday itself that the bail application cannot be made in this court. He will fight on the grounds of maintainability(which means that this court cannot take decision on this case). Maneshinde should have taken this up to a special court in first place but he still proceeded in this court. He maybe had his own reasons, so anyways what's done is done so will move on to what happened in court today.

Today proceeding again started with ASG arguing about maintainability because that is what the law is. But Manishende wanted to start with Merits. (Merits is to fight on the basis of evidence and facts presented in the case)

Because ASG has filed both on the basis of maintainability and merits. Court mentioned at this point if prosecution permits they will hear maintainability and merits both. Manishinde also tried to bring in past cases where bail was granted on the basis of merits. But even court at this point mentioned the bail application are misconceived, ill conceived and not maintainable because all the offences are exclusively triable only by the special NDPS court.

Court still was ready to hear the arguments on the basis of merits.

Manishinde gave justifications from his end on why he proceeded the application in this court itself. His basic argument was bail can still be considered by the magistrates court based on similar judgement in past cases. Also he said he thought NCB will be lenient and will not fight on maintainability.(wasn't this Manishinde mistake?)

ASG mentioned that the very latest case has to be considered where the Bail was rejected on similar grounds and case was transferred to Special Court. So Manishinde argument was void.

ASG also motioned there is a WhatsApp chat where bulk quantity order was made. Because of which charge against Aryan was updated. He also mentioned that after Achit Kumar they arrested Nigerian drug dealer/supplier who was on the cruise and has accepted being part of the Ecstacy trafficking network. The investigation is at a preliminary stage and NCB need more time.

Both sides heard.

Court final judgement - Heard, Considered, decisions cited, Applications are not maintainable hence rejected.

Always ready to hear / read sides before forming judgement.

At the end of it, truth and innocent will be free.

Thank you for hearing me out. Hopefully other people could see it and decide themselves.

I liked how Tapsee articulated her opinion instead of lot of other Bollywood stars who wrote some kind of cryptic message (like afraid sheep; want to support SRK, but don't want to get in trouble) .

At the end truth will prevail.

If Aryaan is innocent, no matter how long this takes, this will change him into much better and mature man.

If he is guilty, then also may be this case be the turning point in his life to change himself and be better.

After all its legal battle now, and it has to be fought under legal grounds.

I hope all I-F members understand this instead of shouting at anyone who speaks the truth. There is no other way !

Exactly!

Nothing happened in court today shows that there was some Grand Scheme going against Aryan Khan. It was like any court proceeding.

Indians should have trust in Judiciary if not what is the point of living in India.

Yes he is in jail. Today his lawyer will file bail application in Holiday remand court. But the way slowly court works only application will be filed and court proceedings will take it up on Monday.
